このたびは、形 C2UW-L無線ハンドスイッチユニットをお買い上げいただきまして、ありがとうございます。
本マニュアルは、 形C2UW-Lを使用する上で、必要な情報を記載しています。お使いになる前に本マニュ
アルをよくお読みいただき、機能・性能などを十分ご理解いただき、ご使用下さい。
また、お読みになった後も本マニュアルは大切に保管して、いつも手元においてお使いください。
Thank you for purchasing a C2UW-L series Wireless Hand Switch Unit.
This manual contains information that is necessary to use the C2UW-L. Please read this manual and
make sure you understand the functionality and performance of the C2UW-L series before you attempt
to use it in your systems.

”) products. The Terms and Conditions hereunder are
applied to
Omron products
regardless of where they are purchased.
1. 定義 / Definition
本ご承諾事項中の用語の定義は次のとおりです。
The definition of terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:
(1) ｢当社商品｣：｢当社｣のＦＡシステム機器、汎用制御機器、センシング機器、電子・機構部品
Omron products
: FA system equipment, general-purpose control devices, sensors, and
electronic/mechanism components under
Omron
brand
(2) ｢カタログ等｣：｢当社商品｣に関する、オムロン総合カタログ、ＦＡシステム機器総合カタログ、セーフ
ティコンポ総合カタログ、電子・機構部品総合カタログその他のカタログ、仕様書、取扱
説明書、マニュアル等であって電磁的方法で提供されるものも含みます。
Catalogues
:
Omron
general catalogue, FA system equipment general catalogue, safety component
general catalogue, electronic/mechanism components general catalogue and other catalogues,
specifications, instructions and manuals of
Omron products
, including electronically provided
information available on the Omron electronic components information website, etc.
(3) ｢利用条件等｣：｢カタログ等｣に記載の、｢当社商品｣の利用条件、定格、性能、動作環境、取扱い方
法、利用上の注意、禁止事項その他
Usage conditions
: Usage conditions, rating, performance, operating environment, handling
instructions, cautions, prohibited use, etc. of Omron products described in catalogues.
(4) ｢お客様用途｣：｢当社商品｣のお客様におけるご利用方法であって、お客様が製造する部品、電子
基板、機器、設備またはシステム等への｢当社商品｣の組み込み又は利用を含みます。
Customer application
: Application of
Omron products
by customers which include embedding
and/or using Omron products in their parts/components, electronic substrates, devices,
equipment or systems manufactured by customers.
(5) ｢適合性等｣：｢お客様用途｣での｢当社商品｣の(a)適合性、(b)動作、(c)第三者の知的財産の非侵害、
(d)法令の遵守および(e)各種規格の遵守
Fitness
: (a) fitness, (b) performance, (c) non-infringement of third-party intellectual property, (d)
compliance with laws and regulations and (e) conformity to standards.

2. 記載事項のご注意 / Caution on Descriptions
｢カタログ等｣の記載内容については次の点をご理解ください。
Attention is required to the following points on descriptions in catalogues.
(1) 定格値および性能値は単独試験における各条件のもとで得られた値であり、各定格値および性能値
の複合条件のもとで得られる値を保証するものではありません。
Rated values and performance values are the product of tests performed for separate single
conditions, including but not limited to temperature and humidity. It is not intended to warrant rated
values and performance values for multiple combined conditions.
(2) 参考データはご参考として提供するもので、その範囲で常に正常に動作することを保証するものでは
ありません。
Reference data are provided for reference only.
Omron
does NOT warrant that
Omron products
work properly at all time in the range of reference data.
(3) 利用事例はご参考ですので、｢当社｣は｢適合性等｣について保証いたしかねます。
Application examples are provided for reference only.
Omron
does NOT warrant the fitness of
Omron products
under such application.
(4) ｢当社｣は、改善や当社都合等により、｢当社商品｣の生産を中止し、または｢当社商品｣の仕様を変更
することがあります。

may discontinue the production of

or change the specifications of them for
the purpose of improving such products or other reasons entirely at its own discretion.

3. ご利用にあたってのご注意 / Precautions
ご採用およびご利用に際しては次の点をご理解ください。
Please be aware of and accept the following when you introduce or use
Omron products
:
(1) 定格・性能ほか｢利用条件等｣を遵守しご利用ください。
Please use
Omron products
in compliance with usage conditions including rating and performance.
(2) お客様ご自身にて｢適合性等｣をご確認いただき｢当社商品｣のご利用の可否をご判断ください。「当
社」は「適合性等」は一切保証いたしかねます。
Please confirm fitness of
Omron products
in your application and use your own judgment to
determine the appropriateness of using them in such application.
Omron
shall not warrant the
fitness of Omron products in customer application.
(3) ｢当社商品｣がお客様のシステム全体の中で意図した用途に対して、適切に配電・設置されていること
をお客様ご自身で必ず事前に確認してください。
Please confirm that
Omron products
are properly wired and installed for their intended use in your
overall system.
(4) ｢当社商品｣をご使用の際には、(i)定格および性能に対し余裕のある｢当社商品｣のご利用 (ii) 冗長設
計など｢当社商品｣が故障しても｢お客様用途｣の危険を最小にする安全設計、(ⅲ)利用者に危険を知
らせる安全対策をシステム全体として構築、(ⅳ)｢当社商品｣および｢お客様用途｣の定期的な保守の
各事項を実施してください。
When using
Omron products
, please make sure to (i) maintain a margin of safety vis-à-vis the
published rated and performance values, (ii) design to minimize risks to customer application in case
of failure of
Omron products
, such as introducing redundancy, (iii) introduce system-wide safety
measures to notify risks to users, and (iv) conduct regular maintenance on
Omron products
and
customer application.
(5) ｢当社商品｣は、一般工業製品向けの汎用品として設計製造されています。従いまして、次に掲げる
用途での使用は意図しておらず、お客様が｢当社商品｣をこれらの用途に使用される際には、「当社」
は「当社商品」に対して一切保証をいたしません。
Omron products are designed and manufactured as general-purpose products for use in general
industrial products. They are not intended to be used in the following applications. If you are using
Omron products
in the following applications,
Omron
shall not provide any warranty for such
Omron
products
.
(a) 高い安全性が必要とされる用途（例：原子力制御設備、燃焼設備、航空・宇宙設備、鉄道設備、
昇降設備、遊園地機械、医用機器、安全装置、その他生命・身体に危険が及びうる用途）
Applications with stringent safety requirements, including but not limited to nuclear power
control equipment, combustion equipment, aerospace equipment, railway equipment,
elevator/lift equipment, amusement park equipment, medical equipment, safety devices and
other applications that could cause danger/harm to people’s body and life.
(b) 高い信頼性が必要な用途（例：ガス・水道・電気等の供給システム、24時間連続運転システム、
決済システムほか権利・財産を取扱う用途など）
Applications that require high reliability, including but not limited to supply systems for gas,
water and electricity, etc., 24 hour continuous operating systems, financial settlement systems
and other applications that handle rights and property.

(c) 厳しい条件または環境での用途（例：屋外に設置する設備、化学的汚染を被る設備、電磁的妨害
を被る設備、振動・衝撃を受ける設備など）
Applications under severe conditions or in severe environment, including but not limited to
outdoor equipment, equipment exposed to chemical contamination, equipment exposed to
electromagnetic interference and equipment exposed to vibration and shocks.
(d) ｢カタログ等｣に記載のない条件や環境での用途
Applications under conditions and environment not described in catalogues.
(6) 上記3.(5)(a)から(d)に記載されている他、｢本カタログ等記載の商品｣は自動車（二輪車含む。以下同
じ）向けではありません。自動車に搭載する用途には利用しないで下さい。
In addition to the applications listed from (a) to (d) above,
Omron products
are not intended for use
in automotive applications (including two wheel vehicles). Please do NOT use
Omron products
for
automotive applications.

4. 保証条件 / Warranty Terms and Conditions
｢当社商品｣の保証条件は次のとおりです。
The terms and conditions for warranty of
Omron products
are as follows:
(1) 保証期間 当社又は当社の代理店よりご購入後１年間といたします。
（ただし｢カタログ等｣に別途記載がある場合を除きます。）
Warranty period: One year after the purchase from
Omron
or Omron's agency.
(2) 保証内容 故障した｢当社商品｣について、以下のいずれかを｢当社｣の任意の判断で実施します。
Coverage:
Omron
will provide either of the following two services for the malfunctioning
Omron
products
at its own discretion:
(a) 当社保守サービス拠点における故障した｢当社商品｣の無償修理
（ただし、電子・機構部品については、修理対応は行いません。）
Free replacement of the malfunctioning
Omron products
with the same number of
replacement/alternative products.
(b) 故障した｢当社商品｣と同数の代替品の無償提供
Free replacement of the malfunctioning
Omron products
with the same number of
replacement/alternative products.
(3) 保証対象外 故障の原因が次のいずれかに該当する場合は、保証いたしません。
Exceptions:
Omron
will not cover
Omron products
under its warranty if the cause of the malfunction
falls under any of the following:
(a) ｢当社商品｣本来の使い方以外のご利用
Usage in a manner other than the original intended use for the
Omron products
.
(b) ｢利用条件等｣から外れたご利用
Usage outside of the usage conditions.
(c) ｢当社｣以外による改造、修理による場合
Modification or repair made to the
Omron products
by other than
Omron
personnel.
(d) ｢当社｣以外の者によるソフトウェアプログラムによる場合
Software program embedded by other than Omron or usage of such software.
(e) ｢当社｣からの出荷時の科学・技術の水準では予見できなかった原因
Causes which could not have been foreseen with the level of science and technology at the time
of shipping from
Omron
.
(f) 上記のほか｢当社｣または｢当社商品｣以外の原因（天災等の不可抗力を含む）
Causes originating from other than
Omron
or
Omron products
(including force majeure such as
but not limited to natural disasters).
