Manual Guide
This manual is for the Installation and operation of PONI-S100-IVA and
PONI-P100-IVA, intelligent IP camera. PONICO Intelligent Video
Analysis (IVA) is a camera with built-in IVA algorism function. This
product has been developed with its technological excellency and its
quality and reliability are guaranteed. Please read this manual before
using our product and please be noted for the cautions and regulations
while using this product.

１．Product Functions and Its Applications
１－１ ＜PONI-S100-IVA＞
IP Camera Functions:
1) Remote live video monitoring (H.264)
2) Both directional voice communications
3) Network GPIO control
4) Network S/W Up-grade
VA (Video Analysis) Functions:
1) Line Crossing: Detection of imaginary line crossing.
2) Area passing: Detection of passing restricted area.
3) Appear/Disappear: Detection of idle object, removed object. Detection of
unauthorized parking and invasion. Detection of illegal throw-away.
4) Mask Setup: Image stabilization by ignoring redundant movement and
emphasizing core movement.
5) CAM Sabotage: Detection of mischief, blocking view, intentional change of angle
against the camera.
6) Viewer & NVR Viewer (Recording): Remote monitoring and recording up to 9
locations at the same time. At the time of playback and recording, there is a
function to search only designated event and recording only the event is available
from a full recorded images.

IP Camera Function:

objects closing IN and OUT of the line.
2) Area passing: Detection of objects passing through restricted area and count
number of objects passing IN and OUT of the area.

Applications
Managerial Control
As number of people being counted, it is possible to analyze sales amount or quant
ity by actual customers' number.
Seasonal differential will be predicted by use of actual data on shops or on date.
Detailed sales trend by time zone will be analyzed and it will be helpful to define
shop operating time.
Increase or decrease of sales by shops will be found on real time basis, so that
customers' preference will be taken into consideration.
Marketing
By counting exact number of customers, it is possible to perform optimal
promotion.
Various promotional campaigns can be scheduled based on real customers' number.
Marketing cost calculation by head-count is feasible.
Marketing analysis by day, week, month based on actual customers' number will be
possible.
Tenant Control
It can define most prospective and attractive area by actual data of head-counting.
It can improve pedestrian flow, more smooth movement of customer.
Tenant owner can add value by showing actual customers' number and flow.
Facility Control and maintenance
It is possible to calculate maintenance cost per one person who visited shop.
It is possible to layout optimal number and places of security person and cleaning
person working based on number of actual visited customers.
It is possible to use such counted data for future investment or building expansion.
It is possible to prevent invasion of customers to dangerous area by use of
counted data.

A) Internal Structure of Camera
＊ LAN Cable： Can be connected to １０Mｂｐｓ/100Mbps Ethernet, please use standard
RJ-４５ Connecter.（LED light blinks to yellow when RJ-４５ Connecter is correctly
connected.
＊ ＰＯＷＥＲ Connecter：Power is supplied by the adapter contained.
（１２V/２A）
＊ BNC Connecter ：Analog video is outputted from the camera. Live images can be seen
by connecting to a monitor.

B) Function Guide
＊ GPIO Connecter：MIC Input （MIC＋ －）、Speaker input （SPEAKER＋ －）、
Alarm output１/５V 100mm(GPIO９１, GND）、 Alarm output２/５V 100mm(GPIO80, GND）
＊ Factory Reset：Reset to factory setting, reset by pressing the button approximately 3
seconds while power is on to factory setting.
＊ ZOOM Control：Control and set magnification of the camera by the adjustment bar.
＊ FOCUS Control： Control and set focus of the camera by the adjustment bar.

２－３－１ Alarm Input and Output Guide
A) Output.
The only power (voltage/current) that can be connected directly to devices such as
alarm or/and warning light is DC 5V 100mmA. If using devices requiring higher voltage
and/or current, please purchase and use separate Reley switch. Alarm Output１/５V
100mm(GPIO９１, GND）,Alarm Output２/５V 100mm(GPIO９１, GND）。
３．Product Installation:
3－1 Camera Installation.
３－１－１ Installation Guide.
A) Install the camera as shown below. Please make sure the place is strong enough for
installing a camera.
a）Ceiling b）Wall
B) As Image Shown Bellow, Adjust PAN/TILT/HORIZONTAL of the Camera.
Ｃ）LAN Cable Connection
１ ＞ To decide IP address of the camera, prepare a desktop or a laptop.
＊ＯＳ：Windows 2000． Windows ＸＰ． Windows Ｖｉｓｔａ。
＊The initial ＩＰ address of the camera is １９２．１６８．１．１００ . Set the IP address of a
desktop or laptop as next: １９２．１６８．１．５ Ｓｅｂｎｅｔ Ｍａｓｋ: ２５５．２５５．２５５．０
２ ＞ Connect the Network LAN cable of the camera.（Connecting ＰＣ directly to the
camera, use ＣＲＯＳＳ ＯＶＥＲ cable. Connecting through ＨＵＢ<Roｕｔｅｒ>, use ＤＩＲＥＣＴ
cable）

３ ＞ Connect PＯＷＥＲ adaptor.
４ ＞ Connect Sensor, Audio Mike, Cable of Speaker, only when necessary.
３－２ Setting IP Address of a Camera.
３－２－１ Changing IP Address of a Camera and Setting DHCP Address.
Ａ） The initial IP address of the Camera is １９２．１６８．１．１００. To change the IP address,
install the provided IP Finder Software to a PC. Then press SCAN on the right of the following
screen, all the IP address of Cameras presently connected to Sebnet will be shown. (Figure 1)

Ｂ）Clicking IP address of the camera, CONNECT and RESET Buttons will appear.
By pressing CONNECT button, will be connected to Web Viewer (browser) of the camera.

By pressing REST button, a window will appear. (Figure 3)
