SP2000 Uses
The SP2000 was developed with off-grid usability
in mind. It gives you clean pure sine wave power
for all your sensitive equipment use in the field!
Emergency Applications
Military Field Deployment
Marine Power
Mobile Medical Applications
Construction Sites
Film Industry
Remote Mining/Dredging
Temporary Housing Units
Camping / RV
Certifications: UL, MIL, ATA
Other Uses / Semi-Permanent Installations
The SP2000 can be attached to an RV, Boat, House, Office circuits in order to
act as backup power should the primary power fail. If the power goes out on
the main circuit, the SP2000 will act as a failover backup Uninterrupted
Power Supply and provide power to the circuit. Keep in mind that the use/
power load should be restricted to emergency only needs to avoid overload-
ing and damaging the unit.
A device such as a Xantrex PROwatt Inline Transfer Relay could be used in an
RV or Yacht Circuit. When shore power is disconnected, the SP2000 would
automatically provide backup power on the circuit immediately through the
Inline Transfer Relay.
NOTE: ANY CONNECTION OF THE SP2000 TO OTHER CIRCUITS/GRIDS SUCH
AS A HOME, RV, BOAT, REQUIRES A LICENSED ELECTRICIAN. Improper use
will void all warranties. Improper attachment/use may result in damage to the
SP2000 unit or damage to the other circuits, electrocution or death.

Available Battery = 70 Ah. Typical Discharge Rate 50%-75%
(DOD). In Extreme Emergencies, the Auxiliary DC Output can be
utilized for 100% DOD, although this is not recommended as it
would substantially shorten the life of the batteries.
FORMULAS:
a. TAKE CONSUMPTION OF WATTS / 120 = AMP AC
b. AMP AC x 12 = AMP DC
c. Battery Capacity / AMP DC = Run Time
EXAMPLE:
100 Watts Appliance / 120 = 0.83 AMP AC
0.83 AMP AC x 12 = 10 AMP DC
70 Ah / 10 = 7 hours run time
