S-Jet mini configfuration options:
There are four options of interacting with and controlling the Sellenis S-Jet mini printer.
These four options are:
1. Using the OLED user interface
The user can Interact and run the S-Jet mini using the OLED screen and Keys (see user
interface operator flowchart in the below pages)
2. Using the 7” monitor screen
The user can Interact and run the S-Jet mini using the 7” high resolution monitor screen.
This option allows the user to connect to our 7” monitor using the provided HDMI cable.
If the user decides to use this option, then, there is no need to run and control the S-Jet
mini using the OLED and keys. Using this option, the user can simply use a mouse to
run the sellenis software in the same way as running our standard S-Jet 600 series
printers.

3. Using any standard PC monitor
This option is the same as the option with the 7” monitor in option 2 above. The user can
connect any standard HDMI monitor using HDMI cable and interacts and runs the S-Jet
mini using a mouse.
4. Using mobile phone
To use this option the user needs to open Google “Play store” on their mobile phone
then type sellenis. Thereafter, download the sellenis SJetEasy mobile all.
Alternatively, scan the below 2D barcode with your mobile phone.

1. SAFETY INFORMATION
Ensure that you have read and understood this User Manual before installing and operating the S-Jet mini
100 Printer Hardware. Additionally, make note of the following important points:
•Read the relevant Material Product Data Sheet (MSDS) before storing, handling, transporting, or
using the ink cartridges.
•Do not open any enclosed components of the controller or printheads. There are no user-serviceable
parts present inside the controller or printheads.
•Make sure that the mains power switch where the printer 24 volts power supply is plugged in is
turned OFF before connecting the power supply cord to the printer. Also, ensure that the local power
plug is connected properly.
Turn OFF the power switch and disconnect the power cord before performing any of the following:
•Opening the controller enclosure
•Making any external wiring connections
•Connecting or disconnecting any photocell, shaft encoder, or other component connected to the
printer.
Ensure that all the external cables, including the power cable, are braced and hidden from the printed
products and the conveyors, to avoid contact.
Use only lint-free wipes to clean the cartridge nozzles.
Ensure that proper adjustment and alignment of the printer are done to protect them from contact with side
rails and product guides.
Recycle empty ink cartridges according to local regulations.
Any faults or problems that can negatively affect safety must be repaired immediately. These include, but
are not limited to, the following:
- Plugs
- Cables
- Enclosures
- Movable mechanical components (such as measuring wheels, shaft encoder)
In the case of a defect, the S-Jet mini 100 must be immediately shut down and only allowed to be restarted
after it has been properly repaired
During installation, ensure that the cartridges can be replaced without the risk of injury from moving machine
parts

This User Manual is intended for the users of the S-Jet 600 Printer. This Manual guides you through the
process of installing the printhead and configuring the S-Jet 600 Printer, as well as the usage of Sellenis
Printer Control Software.

6. TURNING ON THE PRINTER.
To urn on the printer,
•connect the 24 volts power supply to the mains plug (ensure mains switch is off)
•Connect the 24 volts power supply cable to the power input at the top of the printer
•Switch the mains plug on
•The red LED below the OLED screen should light up.
Important note:
Please be patient. After the red LED is turned on, it will take between 1 and 2 minutes:
•for the windows operating system to load,
•for the controller to conduct self-test
Before the S-Jet mini software to start and the OLED screen to display the “idle” or home screen.
7. SWITCHING OFF/ TURNING OFF THE S-JET MINI
Disconnect the power supply cable from the S-Jet mini and the printer will be turned off.
