The ZETA range of GPRS/UMTS/LTE modems are amongst the most versatile
modem series available today. The ZETA series offers a range of interface options
including USB and RS232 serial port communication, 2 x general purpose inputs, 1 x
general purpose output, 2 x general purpose input/outputs as well as 1 x ADC input.
In addition to this, the ZETA series provides a 3.3V reference power supply output to
use with external equipment and can be congured to offer 2 independent serial ports
into the modem.
The ZETA contains a powerful Python interpretor which will run user uploaded Python
scripts. These allow the user to develop and run their own scripts on the modem.
This is an easy way to add additional functionality with the minimum of time, effort
and cost.
