ASSEMBLE THE END FRAMES

1. Lay two Columns parallel on the ground and arrange the Horizontal
Braces and Diagonal Braces as per the diagram.
2. Make sure the distance along the column between a Horizontal and
Diagonal Brace is 609.2mm (8 holes) and distance along the column
between the Horizontal Braces and the ends of the Columns is 152.4mm.
3. Fasten the Braces to the Columns with M10x67 bolts, using a spacer for
Horizontal Braces where they don't meet a diagonal as per diagrams to the
left.
4. Assemble the other End Frame in the same conguration.

ASSEMBLE THE Work Bench
1. Assemble and t standard Foot Plate or Castor Wheel Foot Plates (optional) using the xings provided.
2. Fit Horizontal Beams at top and lower levels and x with the Beam Clips provided. Use a rubber mallet if necessary to knock the
Horizontal Beams into place.
3. Place the Front To Back (FTB) Supports across the bottom beam level and t Particleboard Shelf on top making sure it ts into the
retainer tabs of the FTB Supports.
4. Position the timber Packing Strips provided on the upper level of Horizontal Beams. These lift the Bench Top above the welded ends
of the beams.
5. Fit Bench Top (Particleboard, MDF or 10mm Steel Plate) using the xings provided. For the Steel Plate the installer will need to drill
xing holes through the Horizontal Beams when the bench top is positioned and centred.
