DANGER!
Danger for children
Ensure that plastic bags, packaging, etc. are properly disposed of and are not in the reach of babies and young children.
Choking hazard!
Ensure that children do not detach any small parts (e.g. knobs or the like) from the product. They could swallow the pieces
and choke!
Never let children play unattended with the product.

When assembling and screwing the individual parts, pay attention to sharp edges on tools, screws and components.

2 Scope of delivery
Before you assemble your rack, make sure the contents of package is complete according to the following list.

n2 × side panel, melamin-coated 19 mm furniture board
n1 × oor panel, melamin-coated 19 mm furniture board
n1 × cover panel, melamin-coated 19 mm furniture board
n8 × connector housing
n8 × connector bolts
ncountersunk screws
nwood screws
n2 × rack rails, stepless, equipped with nuts and rubber piping
n4 × felt slides
n1 × Allen key
n1 × assembly instruction

3 Installation
Place all components on a suitable mounting surface for mounting. Use a soft padding to prevent damages to the surfaces.

Preparing the components
Insert the connector housing and the connecting bolts into the holes provided in the oor panel (4 × connector housing), the
cover panel (4 × connector housing) and in the side panels (4 × connecting bolts each).
After insertion, the connecting bolts sit loosely in the drill holes and only spread apart when the connector housings on the associ‐
ated component are tightened.

1. Position all connector housings so that the respective connecting bolts can be completely sunk into the holes and the
arrow position of the connector housings points towards the hole.
2. First place the oor and cover panel on the respective connecting bolts of a side panel and tighten the connector housings
of the oor and cover panel clockwise to lock the connection with the connecting bolts used.
3. Place the second side panel on the pre-assembled unit consisting of the side panel, oor and cover panel. Tighten the con‐
nector housings of the oor and cover panels clockwise to lock the connection with the inserted bolts.
4. Check all connections for tight t.

1. Rotate the assembled rack with the oor panel facing up.
2. Screw the four felt slides with the supplied countersunk screws in the markings provided.
Mounting rack rails
Screw the rack rails with the help of the supplied wood screws on the inside in parallel to the front edge in the rack.
We recommend a distance of approx. 1 cm from the front edge.
nInstallation depth: 0 … 55 mm.
