1.Safety Precautions
Please read the following instructions carefully to avoid possible dangers during use:
➢Keep the machine away from rain, damp or direct sunlight;
➢Avoid the ingress of any liquid substance into the machine;
➢DO NOT place the IFP near any heat sources such as heaters or radiation sources;
➢Please cut off power supply after use of the IFP;
➢Power off the IFP prior to cleaning, and DO NOT use any corrosive liquid to wipe the machine
surface; (TRIUMPH BOARD CLEANING PADS are recommended)
➢When using the plug, be careful not to force the plug into the port. When connecting the machine,
ensure that the port is free from chips, that the plug matches the port and that the direction of the
plug corresponds to that of the port;
➢During use, heat generated inside the machine is dissipated via the air inlets/outlets on the back of
the machine. DO NOT use any other object to cover the machine; keep each air inlet and outlet
unblocked so that heat generated inside the machine can be dissipated outward via the heat
dissipation channel;
➢This machine contains no user-serviceable components except operation software. DO NOT
attempt to disassemble the machine. If the IFP needs repair, please consult the accompanying
service and support information toknow howto contact our authorized service providers for service.
Unauthorized disassembly of the machine may cause damage to the machine; such damage is not
covered under warranty.

3.2 Block Diagram of IFP
➢MSD6A828 signal board: Controls signals from/to all output and input ports, effectively decodes
input audio/video signals, and send V-by-One signals to T-CON board, thus to allow control of
core chassis functions;
➢Main power board: Supply voltage to 6A828 main board, speaker;
➢60W Power Adapter: supply power for PC modules
➢Relay Control board: control OPS power switch
➢Constant Current Board: supply power for backlight
➢LCD module: Display pictures;
➢IR touch frame: Realize touch function;
➢Front port adapter board: Front extended OPS PC-USB port, front extended HDMI port, front
extended Touch-USB port, front extended MEDIA-USB port, extended MIC port, extended
headset port;
➢Rear port adapter board: Extended OPS PC-USB port, rear extended Touch-USB port;
➢RS232 adapter board: uses the standard DB9 RS232 port, realizing RS232 remote control;

➢PC module: Built-in OPS PC module;
➢Power switch (ON/OFF): Main power switch of product;
➢Light sensor board: Acquire the value of ambient light and send it to the mainboard;
➢Touch frame serial port adapter board: Convert serial port signals to USB signals to provide touch
signals for Android mainboard;
➢IR board: Receive remote control signals from the remote control and send them to the
mainboard;
➢Key board: Acquire button signals and send them to the mainboard;
➢OPS adapter board: OPS port to HDMI port, USB port and power port.
