It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser of TROJAN products to read the owner’s manual, warning labels and instruct all
individuals, on proper usage of the equipment. Understanding each and every warning to the fullest is important. If any of these

The equipment is only intended for HOME USE and is NOT INTENDED FOR COMMERCIAL, INSTITUTIONAL AND/OR
STUDIO FACILITIES USE.
Contact TROJAN with any questions regarding this classification. It is recommended that all users of TROJAN be informed of the
following information prior to use.
HEALTH WARNING
• Beforestartinganyexerciseorconditioningprogramyoushouldconsultwithyourpersonalphysiciantoseeifyourequirea
completephysicalexam.Thisisespeciallyimportantifyouareovertheageof35orhaveneverexercised,arepregnantorsuffer
from any illness.
• Ifatanytimeduringexerciseyoufeelfaint,dizzyorexperiencepain,stopexercisingimmediatelyandconsultyourphysician.
• Toavoidmuscularpainandstrain,begineachworkoutbystretchingandwarmingupandendeachsessionbycoolingdownand
stretching.
ACCESS CONTROL
TROJAN recommends that all fitness equipment be used in a supervised area. It is recommended that the equipment be located in
an access controlled area. Control is the responsibility of the owner. Keep children away from all equipment. Parents or other
supervising adults must provide close supervision of children if the equipment is used in the presence of children.
INSTALLATION
TROJAN recommends that all equipment:
• Besecuredtoorsetuponasolid,levelsurfacetostabilizeandeliminaterockingortippingoverduringtraining.
• Besetupinsideyourhomeawayfrommoistureanddust(theequipmentisnotdesignedforoutdooruse).
• Besetupwithsufcientventilationtoensureproperoperation.
• Besetupwithsufcientspacearoundtheequipmentsothatallexercisescanbecompletedsafely.Itis
recommendedthatthereshouldbeatleast1mofspacearoundtheequipmentwhereaccessisrequiredtoexercise.
Fortreadmillsitisrecommendedthatyouhave2mofspacebehindtherunningdeck.
• Beinstalledbyourteamofinstallers.
PROPER USAGE
• Donotusetheequipmentinanywayotherthanasdesignedorintendedbythemanufacturer.Itisimperativethat
TROJAN equipment is used properly to avoid injury.
• Injuriesmayresultfromexercisingimproperlyorexcessively.
• YourTROJANequipmentshouldonlybeusedbyonepersonatatime.
• Becarefultomaintainyourbalancewhileusing,mounting,dismounting,folding,unfoldingorassemblingyourTROJAN
equipment to avoid injury.
• Donotattempttoadjustanyseats/pads/pulleysetc.whileyouareonyourTROJANequipment.
• Servicingotherthantheproceduresinthismanualshouldbeperformedbyanauthorizedservicerepresentativeonly.
• DANGER:Alwaysunplugthepowercordbeforecleaninganyequipmentpoweredbyelectricity.

INSPECTION
• Donotuseorpermituseofanyequipmentthatisdamagedorhaswornorbrokenparts.ForallTROJANequipmentuseonly
replacement parts supplied by TROJAN.
• Alwaysmakesurethatallnutsandboltsaretightenedpriortoeachuse.
• Cablesandbeltsposeanextremeliabilityifusedwhenfrayed.Alwaysreplaceanycableatrstsignofwear.
• Routinelyinspectallaccessoryclipsthatjoinattachmentstothecablesandreplaceattherstsignofwear.
• Maintainlabelsandnameplates–donotremovelabelsforanyreason.Theycontainimportantinformation.
• Equipmentmaintenance–Preventativemaintenanceisthekeytosmoothoperatingequipment.Pleaseensurethatyou
follow our maintenance tips to ensure the continued correct function of your TROJAN equipment.
• Beforeanyuse,examineallaccessoriesapprovedforusewiththeTROJANequipmentfordamageorwear.
• ShouldyourTrojanequipmentappeardamagedorworndonotattempttouseorrepairtheequipmentyourself.

OPERATING WARNINGS
• Itisthepurchaser’sresponsibilitytoinstructallusersastotheproperoperatingproceduresofallTROJANequipment.
• Keepchildrenawayfromallmovingpartsandawayfromallstrengthequipment.Parentsmustprovideclosesupervisionof
children if the equipment is used in the presence of children.
• Donotwearloosettingclothingorjewellerywhenusingtheequipment.Properfootwareshouldbewornatalltimes.
It is also recommended that users tie up long hair to avoid contact with moving parts.
• Ensurethatanyonenotusingtheequipmentstaysclearoftheuser,accessoriesandmovingpartswhilethemachineisin
operation.

• Neverusetheequipmentifthecord,equipmentorsurroundingoorareaiswetordamp.
• Allelectricalproductsmustbegrounded.Thisproductissupplierwiththenecessarygroundingconnections.
Do not modify the plug provided with the product. If the plug will not fit into the power outlet, have a proper outlet installed by
a qualified electrician.

4. ASSEMBLY STEPS
Instructions for assembly
• Unpackthecartonandusingthepartslistcheckthatallpartsareaccountedfor.
• Donotdisposeofthepackagingmaterialuntilassemblyiscompleted.
• AnAllenWrenchisprovidedforuseinassembly.
STEP 1
• AttachtheRearStabilizer(35),whichincludes
2EndCaps(23),torearcurvebracketof
Main Frame (19), using 2 Carriage Bolts (21), 2
Curved Washers (28), 2 Spring Washers (27)
and 2 Cap Nuts (42).
• AttachtheFrontStabilizer(22),whichincludes
2 Transportation Wheel Caps (24), to front
curvebracketofMainFrame(19),using2
Carriage Bolts (21), 2 Curved Washers (28), 2
Spring Washers (27) and 2 Cap Nuts (42).
Note: You can use the End Caps (23) to level
thebike.
STEP 2
• Removethe3pre-assembledWashers(40)
and3NylonLocknuts(41)fromSeat(29).
• AttachSeat(29)tothemountingplateontop
of Seat Post (32) using 3 Washers (40) and
3NylonLocknuts(41).
• AttachSeatPostDecorationCover(31)to
seat post mounting tube of Main Frame (19).
• SlidetheBellows(70)ontoSeatPost(32).
• InsertSeatPost(32)toseatpostmounting
tube of Main Frame (19) and secure in
position with the Seat Post Adjustment
Knob (34).
• AfterassemblingtheSeatPostyoucanadjust
the seat to the desired position.

ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 3.
• Removethe4pre-assembledAllenHeadBolts(26),
4 Spring Washers (27) and 4 Curved Washers (28)
from front post mounting tube of Main Frame (19).
• SlidetheFrontPostDecorationCover(30)ontothe
Front Post (15).
• ConnecttheSensorWire(25)tothesocketofthe
Middle Section Sensor Wire (9).
• ConnecttheLeadHeadofMiddleSectionTension
Cable(11)totheCbracketoftheLowerSection
Tension Cable (55) . Follow steps in figure A1-A4.
• SlideFrontPost(15)ontofrontpostmountingtube
of Main Frame (19) and secure, using 4 Allen Head
Bolts (26), 4 Spring Washers (27) and 4 Curved
Washers (28).
• PulltheFrontPostDecorationCover(30)tothe
bottom of Front Post (15).
STEP 4
• AttachthemiddlethreadofHandlebar(2),which
includes 2 Hand Pulses (5), to the welded metal
clamp of Upper Front Post (15) and secure with
Sleeve (12) Clamp Decortion Cover (71) and Wing
Knob (14).
Caution: Ensure that cables are not damaged
during assembly or when tightening screws

STEP 5
• Removethe4pre-assembledScrews(65)from
the Computer (7).
• ConnectMiddleSectionSensorWire(9)tothe
Sensor Wire on Computer (7).
• AttachtheComputer(7)totopbracketof
Front Post (15) with 4 Screws (65).
• InserttheplugofHandPulseWire(6)tothe
JackoftheComputer(7).
STEP 6
• AttachthePedalStraps(43R/43L)tothe
Pedals (44R/44L).
Note: The end with 4 adjustable holes must be set
outwards.
• ThePedals(44R/44L)andCrankArms(45)
aremarkedwith“R”&“L”(rightandleft).
Connect each Pedal (44R / 44L) to the
matchingCrankArm(45).
Note:TheRightPedal“R”shouldbethreadedon
clockwise.TheLeftPedal“L”shouldbethreadedon
counter-clockwise.
ASSEMBLY STEPS
Recheck
all bolts and nuts are
tightened securely
before using the machine
