2.1
Tools that you will need for the assembly are:
- 4mm key
- 5mm key
- 5mm socket
- 10mm socket
- 10mm wrench
- 13mm wrench
- 17mm socket wrench
- 22mm socket wrench
- Metric tape measure
Assemble the impeller
Check the parts with stickers shown below –Check blades, hub and pulley, they should all have A, B, C, D, E, and F
stickers on them
Install the fan blades
Place 6 fan blades A, B, C, D, E and F on the ground with the fan blade holder in the corresponding position. Pre-
assemble screws, but do not tighten them. Pick up the fan blade, place it on top of the fixture, align it and position
it. When the fan blade stops shaking, tighten the screws with a tool，The same process as blade B, C, D, E and F.
then tighten all the bolts and nuts, the socket size is 10mm, the torque is 15-18NM

2.2
Fix the impeller to the big pulley
Reverse the impeller and put on the floor or table, attach the big pulley with black spacer to the hub, the sticker
number need to match, align the hole then attach the 6 M6x20 bolts,6 spring washers and 6 6x12 washers, tighten
all the bolts. The key size is 5mm, the torque is 15NM

Assemble the mid-post and bracket
Put the mid-post and brackets on the floor or table, take care the folding direction of the brackets, then attach to
the mid-post with M8x60 bolts, 8x25 washers and M8 lock nuts, tighten all the bolts and nuts except bolts for the
tensioner bracket, make sure the bracket is vertical and flat to the mid-post, the socket wrench size is 17mm, the
torque is 35NM.

Assemble the impeller to the mid-post
Attach the belt xpa 1732 to the big pulley, then attach the big pulley to the mid-post with M14x120 bolts, 2 ø40
washers and M14 lock nut, you need to use the socket with handle which total lengh not less than 120mm, the
socket wrench size is 22mm, the torque is 120NM. Put the black plug inside the hub.

5.1
Assemble the motor with motor base and pulley
Fix the motor to the motor base
Attach the motor base to the motor with two M8 carriage bolts ,2 8x16 washers and two lock nuts on the two top
holes, for the bottom two holes, use M8x30 bolts, but need to put 2 14x40 washers for each hole between the
motor foot and the motor base, the washers 8x16 are on the motor side, washers 8x25 on the motor base side,
make sure the motor is in good position then tighten all the bolts, the wrench size is 13mm, the torque is 30NM

Fix the pulley to the motor
Aline the pulley and the motor shaft and push the pulley inside the shaft until cannot go forward, then attach two
M8x16 setscrews to the holes of pulley and tighten, the key size is 4mm

6.1
Assemble SMC housing
Put 4 pieces SMC housing on the floor (it is better to put on the 2mx2m table, and the height of the table is good
for your operation), attach the two pieces on the joint, make sure place 1A and 1A are touched, the two housing
have no movement. Attach the M6x25 bolts and 6x20 washers and M6 lock nuts. Tighten the bolts and nuts in
turns(please see the following last picture) , the wrench size is 10mm and the torque is 15NM. The same process as
other SMC housings.

7.1
Attach M6x25 bolts, 6x20 washers and M6 nuts and tighten with cross screwdriver and 10mm wrench, the torque is
15NM.
Assemble the steel frame with the housing
Fix the steel frame to the housing
Reverse the housing finished in step 5-2, check the side with 6holes drilled in step5-2, the distance of
left two holes is more than the right two holes( please see the following first picture), put the steel
frame inside of the housing, the motor or tensioner bracket is put on the left side. The housing needs
to be 90mm at least away from the floor. Put 4 L brackets on four corners and attach the M6x25 bolts,
6x20 washers, spring washers and eye nuts, then tighten the eye nuts. Attach M6x25 bolts, 6x20
washers and M6 lock nuts to the L brackets, mid-post and the two middle brackets, then tighten with
10mm wrench and the torque is 15NM.
