•Choose the location for the camera, keeping following guidelines in mind:
odo not install the camera in locations where extremely high or low temperatures or
excessive vibrations may occur.
oavoid mounting the camera near high electro-magnetic fields.
odo not aim the camera at the sun or other extremely bright objects or reflections (e.g.
metal doors).
oThe connection cables run at the inside of the mounting bracket, and leave at the
backside [3] (default). They can be re-guided to leave via the top [4] or bottom [5] of
the mounting bracket.
•When the connection cables need to go through the wall, a hole of at least Ø20mm (max.
Ø35mm) must be foreseen at the mounting location.
•Guide the cables though the cable hole when applicable. Mount the mounting bracket on the
wall using 4 screws (included). Note that the camera must be resting on top of the
mounting bracket.
•Release hex screws [6] and [7] (hex key included) and point the camera to the desired
field of observation. Tighten hex screw [7] to secure the horizontal position and hex screw
[6] for the vertical position.
•Connect the video connector [1] to a monitor (not incl.).
•Connect the power connector [2] to a 12VDC power supply (not incl.).
•Manually adjust the zoom with screw [F] and the focus with screw [G]. These screws are
located at the back of the camera under protective caps. After adjusting, replace the
protective caps.
