ATTENTION: TO INSURE SAFE AND EASY USE OF YOUR WESCO MANUAL LIFT,
READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS ENTIRELY BEFORE USING.
3. SAFETYINSTRUCTIONS
1) Use only on hard, level, and paved surfaces.
2) Don’t load over the maximum capacity and ensure the balance of loading.
3) Pay attention to wheels and rolling parts to be safe, when loading and unloading.
4) Keep the platform at lowest position, stable and raise/lower slowly when loaded.
5) When the platform is in its lowest position, do not turn the handle counter-clockwise continuously.
Doing so will loosen the wire rope that keeps the pulley in check.
6) Make sure the unit is stable when raising the platform.
4. OPERATION
1) Lock up the wheels before raising, lowering, loading or unloading of the platform.
2) Validate the wire rope seated in the pulley, connecting bolts fast and fixed and safe.
3) Turn the handle clockwise, the platform will rise. Stopping the turning of the handle will stop and keep
the platform at its present position.
4) Turn the handle counter clockwise to lower the platform. Do not turn the handle continuously, or the
wire rope will escape.
5. MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION
1) Check daily the wire rope, pulley, roller, fron and rear wheels and other parts of the unit for wearing and
deformation.
2) Once every three months check the wear and lubrication of the ratchet, wheel structure and parts. If
necessary reapply lubrication to areas of need.
3) Once every three months check the oil and grease of the ratchet structure, gear structure and handle
structure.
4) Check and tighten all connection bolts.
