IMPORTANT NOTICE TO PARENTS
This manual contains important information relating to your child’s safety, it is your responsibility to review
this information with your child and make sure they are fully aware of all the information and warnings
within the manual. Please carefully read this manual before you commence assembly of this scooter and review this
information with young riders before they ride.
NOTE: Please read this manual carefully and keep it for future reference. The dealer will not take responsibility if the
scooter is used in a manner for which is was not intended or if any warnings which are stated in the manual are not
followed.
WARNING!
Like any moving product, scooters can be dangerous if due care and attention is not paid.
Be sure to read the manual before going on your scooter. In particular pay attention to the
following:
1. Read the instructions carefully before using the scooter.
Read the information supplied by the manufacturer.
2. Maximum weight: 70 kg for class A
3. Always wear safety equipment such as a helmet, knee pads and elbow pads.
4. Always wear a helmet when riding your scooter and keep chinstrap securely buckled.
5. Always wear closed toe shoes when riding. Wear personal protective equipment.
6. Avoid streets and surfaces with water, sand, gravel, dirt, leaves, and other debris.
Wet weather impairs traction, braking and visibility.
7. Avoid sharp bumps, drainage grates and sudden surface changes.
Scooter may suddenly stop.
8. Ride on smooth, paved surfaces away from motor vehicles.
9. Not to be used on public highways or in trac.
10. Watch out for pedestrians
11. Check the limitation of use according to regulations of road safety.
Obey all local trac and scooter riding laws and regulations.
12. Avoid excessive speed associated with downhill rides.
13. Do not use the scooter at night or in periods with reduced visibility.
14. Before every use, please make sure that the scooter and all joints have been
assembled tightly, as with use, joints may wear out.
15. Before using the scooter, please check that the screws are tightened securely.
16. Do not modify the product other than manufacturer’s instructions.
No modification that may reduce the scooter’s safety is allowed.
17. Brake will get hot from continuous use. Do not touch after braking.
18. Periodically check hardware and tighten if necessary.
Replace worn or broken parts immediately.
19. Skill is required to avoid falls or collision causing injury to the user and third parties.
20. Do not let children under the age of 7 use the scooter.
Children under the age of 10 should ride with adult supervision at all times.
21. Do not perform stunts.
22. Ensure that any loose clothing or straps are properly fastened and well away from the
front and rear wheels
23. While using the product, keep hands and fingers away from wheels and other moving
parts to avoid danger of pinching or entrapment.
24. Adults must assist children in the initial adjustment procedures to unfold scooter, adjust
handlebar and steering to height, and finally to fold scooter.

CARING FOR YOUR YFlyer
1. After you have used the scooter for a week or two, the wheels will need to be checked
to ensure they are still in perfect working order. To do so rotate the bearings and wheels
and check if any lubrication or adjustments are needed.
2. DO NOT use a wet cloth, alcohol, industrial cleaners
or solvents to clean the scooter as this may result in loss of gloss, the removal of decals
or dissolve the materials in the scooter. If the scooter loses its gloss a small bit of car wax
can be used to polish the scooter.
3. In normal circumstances it is recommended that you disassemble, clean and lubricate
the scooter every 6 months.
Please take extreme care to ensure the scooter is reassembled correctly.
4. If the front fork, wheels and/or rear support frame are not correctly tightened you can use a
wrench to tighten the bolts correctly. Please ensure to not over or under tighten the bolts.
5. Due to normal wear and tear the wheels and bearings may need to be replaced after
some time. Please contact Yvolution (www.yvolution.com) for new wheels. DO NOT use
parts designed for other scooters, the use of anything other than Flyer parts may aect
your safety.
6. If the brake cable becomes loose, please screw out the bolt and nut on the brake gear
and pull the brake cable out with a clamp. Reposition the brake cable so that it is tense
and screw the bolt and nut onto the brake gear all the while keeping the cable tight.
7. Over time the nuts and bolts may become loose, please check that all nuts and bolts
are suciently tightened before each use of your scooter.
The manufacturer warranties this product to be free of manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from date of
purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper
assembly, maintenance, or storage. There are no other expressed or implied warranties. This warranty will be
void if the product is ever:
• Used in a manner other than for recreation
• Modified in any way
• Rented or commercial uses
• Consumer abuse or neglect
• Used by riders weighing over the maximum weight listed on the product.
The manufacturer is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use
of this product. Yvolution reserves the right to repair, supply replacement parts, or replace a defective product
at our discretion.

¡ADVERTENCIA!
Como cualquier otro producto móvil, los patinetes pueden ser peligrosos si no se presta la
debida precaución y atención. Asegúrese de leer el manual antes de montar en el patinete. En
particular, preste atención a lo siguiente:
1. Lea las instrucciones con detenimiento antes de usar el patinete.
2. Peso máximo del usuario: 70kg.
3. Utilice siempre equipamiento de seguridad tal como casco, rodilleras, coderas.
4. Lleve siempre un casco al utilizar el patinete y mantenga la correa de sujección
fírmemente ajustada a la barbilla.
5. Al montar, use siempre zapatos cerrados.
6. Evite las calles y superficies con agua, arena, gravilla, tierra, hojas y otros residuos.
El clima lluvioso dificulta la tracción, el frenado y la visibilidad.
7. Evite los baches, alcantarillas y cambios abruptos de superficie.
El patinete podría frenar de pronto.
8. Monte en superficies lisas y pavimentadas lejos de vehículos de motor.
9. No lo utilice en vías públicas o en lugares con tráfico.
10. Tenga cuidado con los peatones.
11. Compruebe las limitaciones de uso según los reglamentos de seguridad vial.
Obedezca todas las normativas y leyes locales de tráfico y de patinetes.
12. Evite la velocidad excesiva asociada con montar cuesta abajo.
13. No use el patinete por la noche o en momentos en que la visibilidad sea reducida.
14. Antes de cada uso, verifique que el patinete y todos sus empalmes han quedado
ensamblados firmemente, dado que con su uso las piezas se pueden desgastar.
15. Antes de usar el patinete, compruebe que los tornillos están perfectamente ajustados.
16. No modifique el producto, de forma diferente a las instrucciones del fabricante.
No se permite ninguna modificación que pueda reducir la seguridad del patinete.
17. El freno se calienta con el uso continuado. No lo toque después de frenar.
18. Verifique periódicamente las piezas de metal y ajústelas en caso necesario.
Reemplace las piezas desgastadas o rotas inmediatamente.
19. Se requiere de cierta destreza para evitar caídas o colisiones que podrían causar lesiones
al usuario y terceras partes.
20. No permita que los niños menores de 7 años utilicen el patinete. Los niños menores de 10
años deben montar con supervisión de adultos en todo momento.
21. No intente hacer proezas.
22. Asegúrese de que toda la ropa holgada o correas estén bien sujetas y bien lejos de las
ruedas delanteras y traseras.
23. Mientras utilice el producto, mantenga sus manos y dedos alejados de las ruedas y otras
partes móviles para evitar que sean aplastados o que queden atrapados en el equipo.
24. Los niños deberán contar con la ayuda de un adulto durante el proceso de ajuste inicial
para abrir el patinete, ajustar el manillar a la altura adecuada y finalmente plegar el
patinete.
