General information
Reading and storing the user manual
This user manual belongs to this travel hammock (referred to
below only as the “hammock”). It contains important information
on set-up and use.
Before using the hammock, read the instruction manual carefully.
This applies in particular to the safety notes. Failure to heed the instructions in
this user manual may result in severe injury or damage to the hammock.
Store the user manual for future use. If you pass the hammock on to third
parties, be sure to include this instruction manual.
Explanation of symbols
The following symbols and signal words are used in this instruction manual, on
the hammock, or on the packaging.
WARNING!
This signal symbol/word designates a
hazard with a moderate degree of risk
which may lead to death or severe injury
if not avoided.
CAUTION!
This signal symbol/word designates a
hazard with low risk that, if not avoided,
may result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE! This signal word warns against potential
damages to property.
This symbol provides you with useful additional information
regarding assembly or use.
The maximum load capacity is 330 lbs (150kg).
Hammock dimensions: 9 ft × 4.9 ft (2.75 m × 1.5 m).

Proper use
The hammock is designed for one person to lie on and has a maximum load
capacity of 330 lbs (150kg). It is only intended for private use and is not suitable
for commercial purposes.
Only use the hammock as described in this instruction manual. Any other use
is deemed improper and may result in damage to property or even personal
injury. The hammock is not a children’s toy.
The manufacturer or vendor accepts no liability for damage caused by
improper or incorrect use.
Safety instructions
WARNING!
Risk of strangulation and suffocation!
If children play with the hammock or the packaging, they could
get caught in it, strangle, or suffocate.
− Do not allow children to play with the packaging or the
hammock.
− Supervise children when they are near the hammock.
CAUTION!
Risk of injury!
Improper use of the hammock could result in injury.
− Do not exceed the hammock’s load bearing capacity of
330lbs (150kg).
− Please make sure that there is only one person lying in the
hammock at a time.
− Do not stand up in the hammock.
− Do not jump in the hammock and do not let yourself fall
into the hammock.

− Do not use the hammock to store items.
− Do not transport animals or other objects in the hammock.
− Do not use the hammock as a swing.
− Do not let children use the hammock without supervision.
− Do not use the hammock as climbing assistance.
− Check the hammock and attachment components for
damage before every use.
Do not use the hammock if the hammock itself or any of its
individual parts display damage.
− Only lie in the hammock if it has been correctly set up and
fastened.
− Set up the hammock over a soft surface. Then if you fall
out of the hammock, injuries will be less serious.
− Do not use the hammock during a storm.
− Have qualified professionals perform repairs. Liability
and warranty claims are waived in the event of repairs
performed by the user or incorrect use.
NOTICE!
Risk of damage!
Improper handling of the hammock may damage it.
− Do not leave the hammock hanging unattended after use.
− Do not continue to use the hammock if it has rips or if
individual parts are damaged. Only replace damaged
individual parts with corresponding original spare parts.
− Keep the hammock away from fire and cigarettes.

Risk of damage!
If you are not cautious when opening the packaging with a
sharp knife or other sharp object, you may damage the ham-
mock.
− Take care when opening it.
1. Remove the hammock from the packaging.
2. Check to make sure that the contents are complete (see Fig.A).
3. Check whether the hammock and individual parts exhibit damages. If this is
the case, do not use the hammock. Contact the manufacturer at the service
address specified on the warranty card.
