Dieses Modul bietet die Anschlussmöglichkeit für vier analoge Amtsanschlüsse. Das Modul
unterstützt das DTMF Wahlverfahren. Unterstützt Ihr Netzbetreiber CLIP (die Übertragung
von Rufnummern und gegebenenfalls des Namens) am analogen Netzanschluss, so leitet
das AL-Modul 4504 die CLIP-Informationen in die TK-Anlage weiter, wo diese in die Anruf-
liste sowie in die Verbindungsliste eingetragen werden. Dabei gleicht die TK-Anlage die
CLIP-Daten mit dem Anlagen-Telefonbuch ab. Sollte die Rufnummer im Anlagen-Telefon-
buch vorhanden sein, so wird die Nummer in Anrufliste und Verbindungsliste durch den Na-
men aus dem Telefonbuch ersetzt. Die CLIP Anzeige wird sowohl auf analogen Telefonen
(hierbei ist ein T-Modul 407 in der AS 40 P Vorraussetzung) als auch auf Systemtelefonen
dargestellt. Je nach Leistungsumfang des analogen Anschlusses wird CLIP mit Namen er-
kannt und dargestellt.
Das AL-Modul 4504 ist updatefähig.
Wichtig:
Für Hinweise zum Einbau des Moduls in Ihre TK-Anlage lesen Sie bitte die „Installationsan-
leitung für Module“.
Es können maximal vier Module pro Anlage betrieben werden.
Systemvorausetzungen
Dieses Modul funktioniert in allen AS 40 P, AS 4000 mit dem Prozessormodul P 400-1,
der AS 100 IT mit dem Prozessormodul P 400 IT ab Firmware 6.5 und der AS 43, AS 45 und
AS 200 IT.

Unterschiede zum ISDN-Anschluss
Im Gegensatz zum protokollbasierenden ISDN-Anschluss werden am analogen
Telefonanschluss die Verbindungszustände im Telefonnetz nicht an die Endgeräte gemeldet.
So bekommen die Endgeräte am Analog-Anschluss beispielsweise keine Verbindungs-
meldung vom Telefonnetz, wenn der Angerufene das Gespräch annimmt. Daraus ergeben
sich dann folgende Unterschiede des analogen Amtes zum ISDN-Anschluss:
- Ab dem Zeitpunkt der Verbindung zum Amt wird im TK-Suite Bill der Anruf als „Verbun-
den“ protokolliert, auch wenn der Ruf noch andauert oder der gerufene Teilnehmer be-
setzt ist.
- MFV-Nachwahl ist zwar möglich, allerdings werden Rufnummer und Nachwahl nicht von
der Anlage als solches erkannt. Daraus ergibt sich, das die komplette MFV Nachwahl zu-
sammen mit der Rufnummer in der Verbindungsliste und in der Wahlwiederholung ge-
speichert wird.

Es ist nicht möglich, eine Fernwartung oder ein Update der TK-Anlage oder des AL-Moduls
über den analogen Anschluß durchzuführen.
Das AL-Modul 4504 unterstützt keine Gebührenerfassung auf dem analogen Amt. Um
Störungen zu vermeiden stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass die Gebührenimpulse von Ihrem
Provider deaktiviert sind.
Das AL-Modul 4504 ersetzt nicht das Verbindungsmodul!
Wichtige Hinweise
Anschluss der analogen Ämter
Leitungen anschließen:
- Adern 11 mm abisolieren
- Schieben Sie die einzelnen Adern bis zum Anschlag in die Klemme, ohne die Klemmfeder
zu drücken.
- Zum Trennen einer Verbindung drücken Sie die Klemmfeder mit einem geeigneten Gegen-
stand (Schraubendreher mit schmaler Klinge) herunter und ziehen die Ader heraus.

Nachdem Sie das AL-Modul 4504 in der TK-Anlage installiert und alle gewünschten analo-
gen Ämter angeschlossen haben, müssen Sie im TK-Suite im Bereich „Externe Rufnummern
zuordnen“ noch den jeweiligen Anschlüssen eine Rufnummer und im Bereich „Rufe ankom-
mend“ eine Anrufvariante zuordnen. Zur abgehenden Amtsbelegung brauchen Sie anschlie-
ßend nur noch die Externberechtigungen unter dem Punkt „Rufe abgehend/ Externzugang
für Teilnehmer festlegen“ vergeben.
Optional können Sie mehrere Ämter zu einer Anschlussgruppe zusammenfassen. Sinnvoll
sind die Anschlussgruppen zum Beispiel, wenn Sie einen GSM Adapter an die analogen Äm-
ter 1 und 2 angeschlossen haben. Sie können dann beide Ämter einer Anschlussgruppe zu-
weisen und im LCR einstellen, daß alle Anrufe, die an Mobilfunk-Anschlüsse gehen sollen,
diese Anschlussgruppe nutzen.

CLIP am analogen Amt
Im Auslieferungszustand signalisiert die TK-Anlage einen Ruf von extern an Ihrem Telefon,
auch ohne das die CLIP-Daten ausgewertet worden sind. Sie können die CLIP Daten Auswer-
tung jedoch einschalten mit der Funktion „Auf CLIP Warten“. Da die Übermittlung des CLIP-
Signals aus dem analogen Telefonnetz bis zu 5 Sekunden dauern kann, wartet die Anlage auf
die CLIP-Daten. Dadurch kommt es an den internen Telefonen zu einem bis zu 6 Sekunden
verzögerten Ruf. Es ist sinnvoll, die Funktion „Auf Clip Warten“ zu nutzen, wenn die CLIP-In-
formationen bei einem Ruf von extern an Ihren internen Telefonen nicht angezeigt werden
oder wenn Sie Anruffilter oder SMS-Anrufvarianten mit dem analogen Amt nutzen wollen.

You may connect up to 4 analogue exchange lines to this module. The module supports
DTMF dialling and CLIP, however the latter would have to be enabled by your network
operator and may be chargeable. Should your network operator support CLI, then this will be
presented via the AL4504 module to the system. CLIP* will also be entered into the call log
and call management system. (*CLIP (Calling Line Identity Presentation) is a feature which
will display the telephone number and or name of the calling party before you answer the
call.)The PABX compares the received CLIP information with the entries of the system
telephone book and if a match is found will replace the calling telephone number with the
name as it is entered in the system telephone book. This information will also be used by the
call log and call management system. CLI will also be presented to analogue caller id
telephones, providing a Module T 407 has been installed. If necessary the AL4504 can be
updated.

A maximum of four modules may be used per system.
System Requirements
This module works in all AS 40 Ps, AS 4000s fitted with a P 400-1 processor module and AS
100 ITs fitted with a P 400 IT processor module and firmware from V. 6.5 upwards, AS 43,
AS 45 and AS 200IT.

Differences to an ISDN Line
Unlike to the protocol based ISDN line, the apparatus connected to the analogue line will not
receive a call progress report from the telephone network. For instance the connected device
on an analogue line will not receive a confirmation that the called party has answered the
call. This will result in the following difference between an analogue exchange line and an
ISDN line:
The moment the exchange line has been seized is the time the call will be logged as to have
taken place.
TK Suite Bill will log a call as being completed or have taken place as soon as an exchange
line has been seized, even if the line is still ringing or engaged. MF overdialling is possible
but will not be recognised by the system as such. This will result that the complete telephone
number and overdialled number will be stored in the call log and last number redial.

Remote programming and Remote Updating of the PABX and or AL Module 4504 will not be
possible when using an analogue exchange line only.
The AL Module 4504 does not support meter pulse detection on the analogue exchange line.
The AL Module 4504 will not replace the connection modue.
Connection of Analogue Lines
Connecting the wires:
- Strip 11 mm of insulation from the wires.
- Slide the individual wires into the clip up to the insulation without pressing the spring clip.

and pull out the wire.

After you have installed the AL Module 4504 in the PBX and connected all the analogue
exchange lines required, you need to assign a number under „Assign externalnumber“ and
Setup Call Distribution Day Service under „Incoming Calls“in TK-Suite to the respective
lines. Subsequently,you simply need to appoin texternal rights under „Outgoingcalls/Specify
external access for outgoing“’ for outgoing exchangeline seizure.
Optionally, you can combine several exchanges to form a hunt group. Hunt groups are
useful, for instance, if you have a GSM adapter connected to lines 1 and 2. You could then
allocate both exchanges to a hunt group and specify in the LCR table that all calls made to a
mobile phone will use this group of lines.
