NThis instruction manual contains information on how to operate your dashcam.
NBefore using your body camera, we recommend that you read through this manual to ensure
correct usage.

This product is mainly aimed at the special needs of law enforcement departments, research and
development of a new generation of all-weather body camera equipment. This product can record
the dynamic and static audio and video on the law enforcement scene. The special design of infrared
night vision function and white light ensures the effect of law enforcement recorder in full screen at
night.Therefore, it will be a helpful and useful tool for law-enforcing to realize informatization and
standardization.

Quick Start Operation>>
• Fully charge your camera before the first operation with the provided power cord.
• To protect your safety and avoid damage to the machine,please use the original power
adaptor for charging only
Charge Camera
Lift up the USB cover and plug the
power cord into the camera's USB jack.
Camera status LED shows solid BLUE
while charging and automatically turns
off when fully charged.
IMPORTANT:
Power On/Off
Long press for 1 second to turn
the camera on. Camera vibrates, emits
a tone and the Camera Status LED
remains on GREEN.

Record Video
Long press for 3 seconds to turn off the camera. Camera vibrates, emits a tone and the Camera
Status LED turns Off.
Short press to start recording.
Camera vibrates and emits a tone.
While the device is recording,
Camera Record LED slow flashes
RED.
Power off
Start Recording
When the camera is powered on, press to turn the screen off. To turn it back on, simply press
again.
You can turn off the screen while the camera is still working to save power.
Screen On/Off
1.While the camera is recording, short press the Record Button . The camera stops recording,
vibrates and emits a tone. Camera Record LED goes off
Stop Recording

Press and hold the Button while the camera is off. The camera will vibrate to confirm the action
and automatically turn on and start video recording.
While recording video you can tag an important file by pressing the . A yellow exclamation
mark will appear at the top right of the screen. When you view the file in the media play back
menu the file will be tagged with .
In Standby Mode and Recording Mode, short press or long press , and the unit will take a
picture.

In Standby Mode, short press to record a audio file, press again
to stop recording.Camera Record LED slow flashes Yellow.
When the device is powered on,press to enter file.Press / to
select the files(video file,audio file or photo file),press to enter the
files.
During playback, you can:
● While viewing video or audio,press / to adjust the
volume,press to play or pause the file.
● While viewing photos, press / to display the previous/next
photo.
● Press return to the list.
Press button to exit.
When the device is powered on, press and hold / to zoom
in/out.

When silent mode is enabled, all LEDs and tones are turned Off. Vibration is the only source of
notification.
You can turn it on/off in the settings
Here are the steps
When the camera is on, short press the button, enter the menu, press button select ,
press button to confirm, press page down, find "Silent Mode" , press , select "On" and
press to confirm the setting.
Press exit.
Short press to turn on white light,short press again to turn it off.
When the flashlight turn on,you can see a lamp icon on the screen.
In a low-light environment (At night or in the dark), turning on IR can help users record more
details, and images recorded will be black and white.
Refer to “turn silent mode on”.

In Standby Mode, press button to enter Menus, and go to SETUP, find “IR CUT” in .
1) Manual : Long press to turn on/off Infrared Light.
2) Auto : At night or in the dark, when photoresistor senses the low-light environment, Infrared
Light will be turned on/off automatically.
Short press to turn on the red dot laser,press again to turn off.
Caution:
Laser Point
This device generates a visible red light that is moderately hazardous and should not be
viewed by the naked eye on the same axis as the beam.
