Pleasetakeyourtimeinstalling DPContinuousInkSupplysystem.Donotremoveyouroldcartridge

until you havethe DPCISsystemprimed and readytoinstall(topreventthe drying ofheads).In

addition,makesureyou aregettingperfectnozzlechecks beforeinstallingtheDPCISsystem.The

DPCISsystemwon t be abletoworkproperlyif the nozzlesarepreviouslyclogged.

MostpeoplegetaperfectnozzlecheckthefirsttimeafterinstallingtheDPContinuousInkSupply

system;othersmayneed torun twoorthree cleaning cyclesorletthe printersit forawhilebeforethey

get the perfectresults.

aCheck whetherall the accessoriesareready.

bCheck whetherthere'sleakageofCISSystem,whethersometubeshavebeen separated fromCISS.Ifthere

is, pleasekindlytocontact the localdealer.

CCheck whetherthereisairspaceinthetube.If the lengthof airspaceismorethan 20cm,pleaseclean the

printerhead for2or3timesbeforeprinting.

2. Printertesting:

1)Check whetherthe printerisinnormalcondition, likemechanicalstatus, lubrication statusetc.

2)Print testinglinestoensuretheprintinghead isgood condition.

3)Print picturestosee whethertheprintingimageisok.

3. InstallationProcedures:

1)First step

PuttheCISattherightsideofprinterTakeofftherubbersfrominktank sPuttheAir-filterintotheAir-hole

And makesurethetubelinedoesnotAir-hole

twist.

2)Install chips

CarefullyremovetheoriginalchipsPayattentionwhenyou removeoriginalFinished.

fromoriginalcartridgesasthepicturechips. Makesurethatthechipsarenot

shows.damaged.

PutsomeglueonthechippositionofThenstickoriginalchipsaccordingtoDothesamefortheothercartridges.

CISS cartridge.colorofcartridges. Pleasemakesure

that thechipsnumbermatches

cartridgenumber.

3)Install cartridges

AttachethesupportarmontheproperThenputtheCISScartridgesintoprinterPleasemakesurethateverycartridgeis

position asthepictureshownabove.wellinstalledaccordingtothecolorlabel.

4)Install thetubing.

Clipthetubeintothesupportarmasthepicturesshown.

5)Adjust tubing

AdjustthetubelengthandmovefromPleasemakesuretherewillbenoblockEnsurethelengthoftubesothat

Left torightforseveraltimes.andcollision when thecartridgesmovethecartridgecan thoroughlymoveto

fromonesidetothe other.Bothsides.

6)Checkingthe printinghead

EnterthePrinterServicespaneland print aDemoPage.

Ifit showsanybreaks (maybeit causedbyairbubblesintheprintinghead), pleasecleanyourprintinghead.Ifit still

showslittlebreaks,especiallyonlyforone color,itisunnecessarytorepeatedlyclean printer-head.Justkeepthe

printerunusingforaboutone hourandprintaDemoPageagain.Ifitisstill abnormal,pleasekindlycontactlocal

dealer.

Plspayattentiontotheinklevel.Ifit isTakeofftheinktanksrubberslowlyRefillinkaccordingtothecolorcarefully

5.Attentionfor Maintenance:

Takeoutthe CISS includingthe innercartridgesandothercomponents.Then removesupportarmfromprinter,and

re-install originalcartridges. Pleaseinquirelocaldealerbeforesendingtomaintenance.

6. Notice:

1.Pleasedonttakeoutcartridgeatrandomafterinstallingthe CISsystem.Keepthe reservoirbottlesonthe same

levelwiththe printer.

2. Trytokeepat least1/2inchofinkinthebottles.

3. Don t placetheReservoirBottlestoo muchhigherorlowerthan the printer.

4. Suggested usinginadryplacebetween 15 and 35degree.Avoidexposuretodirect sunlight.

5. Don t reverseorleanthecontinuousinksupplysystemsduringshipping. Pleasemakesureall theinkfillingholes

and ventilation holesareclosedtightlyduringtransportation.Otherwise, the inkmayleak.

6. Don t swaythecartridgefrequently. Itmaycauseinkleakage.

7. Don t pull out the connectorofcartridgeand don ttearoffadhesivetapeat the bottomofcartridge.

7.Warning:

1. Not drinkable; keepit out reachofchildren.

2.Avoidexposuretodirect sunshine and don t keepit inhighorfreezingtemperature.

3.Avoidcollision and fallen down.
