This product is intended to drive, monitor and
control the following Desoutter range of tools.
- ELC screwdrivers
- DWT torque wrenches
- DWTA torque and angle wrenches
No other use is permitted.
For professional use only.

●Connect the antenna.
● Switch o the 24V power supply
and the PLC before installing the
module.
All dimensions are in mm.
AWALL MOUNTING
●Secure the module by using 4 screws (not
supplied in the box).
BMOUNTING ON DIN RAIL
●Mount the module in vertical position, the
connectors being directed to the bottom.
●Clip the module on the rail.

●Switch on the PLC.

To make sure that the PLC correctly
captures OK, NOK, REVERSE and
REHIT signals, each corresponding
relay is energized as follows:
Time ON > 500 ms
Time OFF > 500 ms
Those values are by default and can be
modied by using E-LIT PC software.

match PLC specications, contact
your local Desoutter representative..
OPERATING MODE
Make sure that the tool is in perfect
working order and the controller is
programmed correctly, to reduce the risk
of injury to the operator as a result of
unexpected behaviour of the tool.
●Switch on the power switch.
When the module is powered on, all LEDs are lit
and the relays are energized until new data are
received from the married tool.
PC connection
●Connect the module to the USB port by using
a USB cable (not provided).
A new drive (letter) is now created.
For example:
In Windows, go to "Start/Control panel/Devices
and Printers".
A new device (USB) is shown.
For example:
●Browse the new created drive to install the
driver of the new device.
●Check that the new port is added in the
Windows control panel/devices and printers.
24 V power supply is not required when
the E-LIT BOX V2 module is connected
to the PC.
