Product overview
The module, when installed in an sc200 controller, allows an analog sensor
to connect to the controller. For calibration and operation of the sensor,
refer to the sensor user manual for use with the sc200 controller.
Flow module installation
WARNING
Potential Electrocution Hazard. Always disconnect power to the
instrument when making electrical connections.
D A N G E R
Electrocution Hazard. High voltage wiring for the controller is conducted behind the
high voltage barrier in the controller enclosure. The barrier must remain in place
except when installing modules, or when a qualified installation technician is wiring
for power, relays or analog and network cards.
WARNING
Potential Electrocution Hazard. Only qualified personnel should conduct
the tasks described in this section of the manual.
C A U T I O N
Potential Instrument Damage. Delicate internal electronic components
can be damaged by static electricity, resulting in degraded performance
or eventual failure.

Wiring table
WARNING
Potential Electrocution Hazard. Always disconnect power to the instrument when
making electrical connections.
A maximum of four paddle wheel sensors or one ultrasonic sensor can be
connected to the flow module. When wiring sensors to the module, use
the information in the table and Flow module installation on page 4.
Note: The module cannot be connected to both sensor types at the same time.

Refer to the controller documentation for keypad description and
navigation information.
Sensor recognition
The controller automatically scans for sensor modules on power up. If the
connected device is new, the controller performs an installation process.
This process makes sure that the controller recognizes the device each
time it is connected. The controller shows the main measurement screen
for the connected sensor.
Modbus registers
A list of Modbus registers is available for network communication. Refer
to www.hach.com or www.hach-lange.com for more information.

Produktübersicht
Das Modul wird in einem sc200-Controller installiert und ermöglicht den
Anschluss eines analogen Sensors an den Controller. Informationen zu
Kalibrierung und Betrieb des Sensors finden Sie im Sensorhandbuch zum
sc200-Controller.
Installation des Durchflussmoduls

Potenzielle Stromschlaggefahr. Stellen Sie stets die
Spannungsversorgung am Gerät ab, wenn elektrische Anschlüsse
durchgeführt werden.
G E F A H R
Gefahr durch elektrischen Schlag. Die Hochspannungskabel für den Controller
verlaufen im Controllergehäuse hinter einer Schutzabdeckung. Die
Schutzabdeckung darf nicht entfernt werden, außer beim Einbau von Modulen
oder beim elektrischen Anschluss von Spannungsversorgung, Relais, analogen
und Netzwerkkarten durch einen qualifizierten Techniker.
