Returnof
the
owner's
registration
cardbytheoriginal
purchaser
withinten

days
after
theoriginal
purchase
isacondition
precedent
to
coverageunder
thiswarranty.MeijiTechnowillat
its
optionaccept
written
proof
of
purchase
fromtheoriginalownerinlieuofaproduct

card.
EXCLUSIONSAND LIMITATIONS
Specificallyexcludedfromthiswarranty
are
failurescausedbyabuse,neglect,misuse,
improper
operation,normalwear,accident,impropermaintenanceormodificationsofANYtype.
Thiswananty

nol
cover
repair
or
replacement
wherenormalusehasexhaustedthe
life
ofapart
or
instrument.All
mechanical
devices
need
periodicparts
replacement
andservice
to
perform
well.Servicelifeolan
instrumentis
dependentuponthecareitreceivesandtheconditionsunder
whichithasto
operate.
Inno
eventshall
MeijiTechno
be
liableforincidental
or
consequentialdamages.

contactMeijiTechnodirectlyandasklorthe

State
thenature
ofthe
problem,
model
andserial
number
of
theinstrument,dateof
purchase
andlocation
and
name
of
the
distributor
theinstrumentwas
purchased
from.Afterverificationof
warranty
registration,MeijiTechnowillissue
areturnauthorizationnumber.Customer
may
then
returnthe
product
postageprepaid
andinsuredtotheauthorizedrepair
facility.
In
most
instances,requests
forwarrantyservice
will
be
performed
in
aprompt
and
routinemannerand
merchandisewill
be
returnedin
areasonable
period
of
time
orat
MeijiTechno'sconvenience.
In
some
cases,requestsforwarrantyservicearereceivedwhicharenot
justified-
