warranty.MeijiTechnowillatits
optionaccept

purchase

theoriginalownerinlieu

EXCLUSIONSAND
LIMITATIONS
Specificallyexcluded
from
this
warranty
are
failures
causedbyabuse,
neglect,
misuse,improper
operation,
normalwear,accident,
impropermaintenance
or
modificationsofANYtype.Thiswarranty
does
notcoverrepair
or
replacementwherenormal
use
hasexhausted
the
life
ofa part
or
instrument.
All
mechanicaldevices
need
periodic
parts
replacement
andserviceto
perform
well.
Service
lifeof
an
instrumentisdependentuponthecareitreceivesandthe
conditionsunder
whichithas
tooperate.Inno
eventshall
MeijiTechnobeliableforincidental
or
consequentialdamages.

ask
for
theProduct
Service

Statethe
nature
of
the
problem,
modeland
serial
number
of
the
instrument,dateof
purchase
and
location
andnameofthedistributorthe
instrument
was
purchased
from.
Afterverification
ofwarranty
registration,MeijiTechnowillissue
a returnauthorizationnumber.
Customermaythenreturnthe
product
postageprepaid
and
insured
to
the
authorizedrepair
facility.
Inmostinstances,requestsforwarranty
service
willbe
performed
in
aprompt
and
routine
manner
and
merchandise
will
be
returnedin
a reasonable
period
of
time
oratMeijiTechno's
convenience.
In
some
cases,
requestsforwarranty
serviceare
receivedwhich
are
not
justified.
Inthese
cases,Meiji
Techno
will
provide
anexplanation
for
non-warrantyaction.
