Hazard of Collision
Pay attention to the range of
sight and the existence of
blind spots when the
machine is started or
operated.
Check the workspace to
avoid obstacles or other
possiblehazards overhead.
Beware of the hazard of
squeezing when you grab
the platformguard railing.
Pay attention to observe and
use the color mark direction
arrow for driving,
lifting/lowering, and
steering functions on the
platform controller and
chassis controller.
The user must comply with user rules,
workplace rules and government rules regarding
the Personal Protection Equipment for User.
Before the brakes are released, the machine
must be on the horizontal plane or has been
fixated.
The platform can be lowered when there are no
peopleor obstacles in the lower area.
Limit travel speed according to ground
conditions, crowdingdegree, gradient, personnel
location, and any other factors that may cause a
collision.
Do not operate the machine on any crane or
mobile elevated line unless the crane controller
has been locked or precautions have been taken
against any potentialcollision.
Do not have dangerous or careless driving
during machine operating.
Hazard of Smash andSqueezing
Do not put your hands and arms near the
hazardous squeezing area.
Please maintain normal judgment and plan when
you are operating the machine on the ground
with a controller. Maintain a proper distance
among operator, machine and fixed object.
Hazard of DamagedParts
Do not use any storage battery or charger larger
than 24V to start the equipment.
Do not use the machine as the ground electrode
during welding operation.
Hazard of Explosion and Fire
Do not use a machine or charge a storage battery
in a place where dangerous or flammable gas or
particles may exist.
Hazard of Machine Breakdown
Do not use the damaged or broken machine.
Before each shift change, the machine should be
thoroughly checked and tested for all functions
before operation. The damaged or troubled
machine should be immediately marked and
stopped.
Ensure that all the maintenance operations have
been carried out in accordance with the
provisions of thisManual and the corresponding
Maintenance Manual.
Make sure all the labeling positions are
appropriateandeasy to identify.
Ensure the Operation Manual and Maintenance
Manual are in good condition, easy to read, and
stored in thestorage box on the platform.
Hazard of Personal Injury
Do not operate the machine when there is
hydraulic oil or gas leakage which may
penetrateand burn the skin.
Failure to miscontact any of the components
under the machine seal plate will cause serious
injury. Only the trained maintenance personnel
can open the covering parts to repair the
machine.
