Product Warning
eers™can fail to customize properly if the units are stored in a
hot environment.
Store your unopened eers™tray in a cool environment, 10ºC (50F) to
24ºC (75F) for at least 3 hours prior to initial custom fitting.
Failure to follow these guidelines may compromise the initial fitting
process and void the warranty.
Once the eers™have been custom fitted to the user’s ears, there
are no special temperature considerations.

Medical grade silicone provides superb comfort for extended use and
a secure fit that ensures the earpiece will not fall out even during the

Everything you need to create your eers™is included in this kit.
The components of this fitting system are time sensitive, so once you
start the process, and unlock the fitting system, you will need to go
through all the quick and easy steps right away.
This process will take less than 10 minutes to complete, giving you
custom-fitted earphones almost instantly.

About the
Shaping Process
Custom-fitted earphones are
made possible by Sonomax’s
patented earpiece expansion-
system. A soft and completely
sealed silicone bladder, that
during the shaping process,
comfortably expands the
earpiece to the exact shape of
your ear canal. This technology
enables you to get professional,
custom-fitted earbuds in just
5 minutes.
During the shaping process,
silicone from the SonoFit™
System only flows within the hermetically sealed bladder of the
earpiece. Do not worry, NOTHING ever touches your ear other than the
earpieces’ soft, hypoallergenic bladder. The silicone bladder has been
designed to be malleable to conform to the most complex ear canal
geometries, yet strong enough to hold over 12 times the maximum
volume of silicone used in the SonoFit™System.

We recommend you read through all the steps completely to familiarize
yourself with the entire process.
• All hats, baseball caps, headbands, etc. should be removed before starting
the fitting process.
• You should tuck your hair behind your ears.
• It is okay to keep your eyeglasses on.
• Have a timer ready.
• We recommend having a mirror available to help you check the positioning
of the SonoFit™Fitting System.
WARNING: Do not proceed if you are experience ear pain / infection, have
had mastoid or any other ear canal surgery, currently have ear tubes or a
perforated eardrum.*
