Series 35KR Media Separated 2-Way, 2-Position, Normally Open and Normally
Closed Solenoid Valves.
Two-Way, Two Position, Normally Open
Position 1) Coil De-energized.
Pressure inlet port P (1) is
open to outlet port A (2).
Position 2) Coil Energized. Pressure
inlet port P (1) is blocked
to outlet port A (2).

closed from outlet port A (2).
Position 2) Coil Energized. Pressure
inlet port P (1) is connected
to outlet port A (2).

Solenoid valves and all other products manufactured by Spartan are warranted by Spartan to be free from defects in material and work-
manship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Spartan's obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the
defective product or refund of the purchase price paid solely at the discretion of Spartan and provided such defective product is returned
to Spartan freight prepaid and upon examination by Spartan such product is found defective. This warranty shall be void in the event that
the product has been subject to misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, modication or tampering. This warranty is expressed in
lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied from Spartan Scientic, Inc., representatives or employees.

1) Unscrew top nut(1) from operator assembly (3) and top of coil(2)
2) Slide coil(2) off of operator assembly(3)
3) Remove wire ties to separate the KR plate(5) from Operator assembly(3)
4) Fit large o-ring(6) into contour of KR plate(5) as shown
5) Slide small o-ring(7) over boss of KR plate(5)
6) Place KR plate(5) onto manifold. KR plate(5) is keyed for correct orientation.
7) Insert diaphragm assembly(4) into counterbore of KR plate(5)
8) Place Operator assembly(3) over post of diaphragm assembly(4) and press
rmly onto KR plate(5); orientation as shown.
9) Insert four #8-32 mounting screws thru Operator assembly(3) and KR
plate(5); thread into manifold.
10) Slide coil(2) over Operator assembly(3); orient 360° as desired.
11) Screw top nut(1) onto Operator assembly and top of coil, until rmly in place.
