-Your phone will find the Jabra BT2045 - Your phone will find the headset under name
“BT2045” . Your phone then asks if you want to pair with the headset . Accept by pressing
‘Yes’ or ‘OK’ on the phone and confirm with the passkey or PIN = 0000 (4 zeros) if asked .
Your phone will confirm when pairing is complete.
Put the headset in pairing mode manually
In case of unsuccessful pairing, put the Jabra BT2045 into pairing mode manually . Make
sure the headset is off . Press and hold the answer/end button for approximately 5 seconds
until the LED has a constant light . The LED will flash before the light is constant –keep
holding down the button until light is constant . Then follow the steps 2 and 3 above .
IMPORTANT: in talk mode IPhone find the SOURCE SOUND and select the Bluetooth
headset.
3. INSERTION OF THE NANO EARPIECE INTO YOUR EAR
The most important factor is that the earpiece is put directly to the eardrum..
The insertion of Nano earpiece (flat or round) with dimensions 2mm using
insertion tube should be with the following steps:
-clean your ear canal;
-put one earpiece into the insertion tube;
-hold your head at a horizontal access in parallel to the ground
-at 90 degrees to the ground carefully insert insertion tube with earpiece to ear
-tilt your head to another shoulder;
-you need to feel the earpiece drop on eardrum, like a tiny drop of water
-check if the earpiece doesn’t fall out (keep your hand at ear in order not to loose the earpiece
while checking) - if the earpiece falls out, it means that it has not been fully inserted into the
ear - repeat insertion of earpiece.
-ATTENTION: do not try to insert earpiece with the help of insertion tube fast, make it
cautiously if you do it for the first time.
-Was it successful ? That's great! Now you can call to your supporting person.
-Please note that if you use two earpieces –one in each ear, your quality of sound will
improve significantly.
