Installation

The luminaire must be installed and maintained by a suit-

ably qualified person in compliance with latest construc-

tion and electrical regulations and relevant legislation.

The operation of the luminaire is only allowed with a com-

pletely closed lens and the luminaire has to be placed into

the correct position. Damaged safety lenses need to get

replaced immediately.

The given information from the lamp manufacturer about

the correct lamp, operation and maintenance are strictly

to be observed.

Montage

Montage und Wartung darf nur von geschultem Fachper-

sonal mit entsprechender beruflicher Qualifikation in Über-

einstimmung mit den neuesten elektrischen Installations-

und Sicherheitsvorschriften durchgeführt werden.

Der Betrieb der Leuchte ist nur zulässig mit vollständig

geschlossener Abdeckung und in vorgeschriebener

Gebrauchslage. Gebrochene Schutzscheiben müssen

unbedingt ersetzt werden.

Die Hinweise der Leuchtmittelhersteller für die eingesetzte

Lampe für Betrieb und Wartung sind unbedingt zu beachten.

Vorgehensweise

1) Spannungsfreiheit der Anschlussleitung herstellen.

2) Rahmen Adurch Lösen der Schrauben Böffnen.

3) Verschluss C entriegeln und Gerätechassis abklappen,

Steckverbindung Dtrennen und Gerätechassis aushängen.

4) Entsprechend der Masthöhe zugeschnittene Anschluss-

leitung Xdurch den Ausleger Eziehen und durch die

Kabelverschraubung Fin die Leuchte einführen. Null-

leiter (N), Phase (L1) und Schutzleiteranschluss an

die entsprechend markierten Kontakte des

Steckverbinders Danschließen.

Vergleichen Sie die örtliche Spannung und Frequenz

mit den Daten auf dem Leisungsschild.

5) Kabelverschraubung Ffestziehen, das Schutzrohr be-

festigen und den Ausleger Ean der Leuchte befestigen.

6) Gerätechassis einhängen, Steckverbindung schließen

und Gerätechassis einklappen. Stellen Sie sicher, dass

das Gerätechassis fest einrastet.

Setzen Sie ausschließlich den auf dem Leistungsschild

angegebenen Lampentyp ein.

7) Rahmen Aschließen und die Schrauben Bfest

anziehen.

8) Zugeschnittenes Kabel im Mast herunterfallen lassen,

den Ausleger mit der Leuchte auf den Mast aufsetzen,

ausrichten und die Gewindestifte Ggleichmäßig fest-

ziehen.

Installation Procedure

1) Switch off the mains electrical supply.

2) Loosen screws Band open frame A.

3) Unlock shutter Cand turn down the gear-tray, discon-

nect plug connection Dand take the gear-tray off.

4) Cut the connecting cable Xcorresponding to the height

of the pole and insert it via the bracket Ethrough the

cable gland Finside the luminaire.Connect the neutral

conductor (N), phase (L1) and the earthing to the

corresponding marked contacts of the terminal

clamp D.

Compare the local voltage and frequency with the data

mentioned on the label of the luminaire.

5) Firmly tighten cable gland F, fasten the conduit and

install the bracket Eto the luminaire.

6) Put in gear-tray, close plug connection Dand close

the gear-tray. Make sure that the gear-tray is firmly

shut.

Check that rating shown on the luminaire label

conforms with the mains electrical supply.

7) Close frame Aand firmly tighten screws B.

8) Let the cut cable fall down inside the pole. Attach the

bracket with the luminaire on to the pole, adjust it and

evenly tighten the threaded pins G.

Lamp Replacements and Maintenance

Do not open luminaire while in operation or while mains

supply is switched on!

1) Switch off the mains electrical supply.

2) Loosen the screws Band open frame A.

Clean the lens with a suitable mild detergent.

Check gaskets for damage and replace if necessary.

3) Exchange lamp (Lamp performance and lamp base

have to correspond with the data mentioned on the

label of the luminaire).

4) Close frame Aand firmly tighten screws B.

Protect our enviroment: Discard used lamps in compliance

with the most recent environmental legislation.

Lampenwechsel und Wartung

Leuchtengehäuse nicht während des Betriebes öffnen!

1) Spannungsfreiheit der Anschlussleitung herstellen.

2) Rahmen Adurch Lösen der Schrauben Böffnen.

Abdeckung mit geeignetem Reinigungsmittel säubern.

Dichtung auf Funktionsfähigkeit überprüfen und ggf.

austauschen.

3) Lampe wechseln (Lampentyp, -leistung und Sockel

müssen mit den Angaben auf dem Leuchtenleistungs-

schild übereinstimmen).

4) Rahmen Aschließen und Schrauben Bfest anziehen.

Für die Entsorgung der Lampe sind die zur Zeit gültigen

Umweltgesetze zu beachten.
