1 - RACCORDEMENT
Branchez le conjoncteur téléphonique dans la prise téléphonique murale (Classé
TRT-3 selon la norme EN60950). (pile non nécessaire)
2 - POSITION MURALE
Pour maintenir votre combiné en position verticale, suivez les instructions ci-
dessous:
- Percez deux trous verticaux distants de 8.5cm.
- Insérez les deux chevilles dans les trous.
- Vissez les deux vis correspondantes aux chevilles en laissant dépasser les
têtes d’environ 3mm.
- Insérez le socle mural.

3 - RECEVOIR UN APPEL
- Lorsque le téléphone sonne, appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pour parler à
votre correspondant (le voyant «IN USE» est allumé).
- La conversation terminée, appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pour libérer la
ligne (le voyant «IN USE» s’éteint).
4 - APPELER
- Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF.
- Composez le numéro de votre correspondant.
- La conversation terminée, appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF pour libérer la
ligne.
5 - RAPPEL DU DERNIER NUMERO
- Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF.
- Appuyez sur la touche REDIAL, le dernier numéro établi se recompose
automatiquement.
6 - MEMORISER UN NUMERO DE TELEPHONE
- Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF.
- Composez le numéro à mémoriser.
- Appuyez sur la touche MEM.
7 - APPEL DU NUMERO EN MEMOIRE
- Appuyez sur la touche ON/OFF.
- Appuyez sur la touche MEM, le numéro en mémoire se recompose
automatiquement.
8 - FONCTION SECRET
Cette touche permet de couper ponctuellement le microphone en cours de
communication.
- Appuyez et maintenez la touche MUTE, votre correspondant ne vous entend
plus.
- Relachez la touche MUTE pour rétablir la conversation.
9 - PAUSE
Permet d’insérer une pause dans la numérotation lors de la mémorisation d’un
numéro par exemple.

10 - TOUCHE R, * et #
Touche d’accès aux Services Spéciaux de France Télécom.
Note : si vous n’êtes abonnés à aucun service spécial, un appui sur la touche
Rcoupe la ligne lorsque vous êtes en communication.
11 - GARANTIE
Cet appareil est garanti 1 an pièces et main-d'oeuvre. La date d'achat figurant
sur le ticket de caisse fera foi. Cette garantie s'exerce sous réserve d'une
utilisation normale de l'appareil. Les dommages occasionnés par les surtensions
électriques, la foudre ou par un choc sur l'appareil ne peuvent en aucun cas
être couverts par la garantie.
Raccordement téléphonique : les tensions présentes sur ce réseau sont
classées TRT-3 (Tension de Réseau de Télécommunication) au sens de la
norme EN60950.
Ce produit respecte les exigences de compatibilité électro-magnétique et de
sécurité électrique demandées par la directive européenne RTTE. Par ailleurs,
il est compatible avec les différents réseaux téléphoniques européens (nor-
mes TBR21/37/38). Le fonctionnement de l’appareil n’est pas garanti si le
courant de ligne est inférieur à 18 mA.

1 - CONNECTING LINE CORDS
Connect the PTT plug to the wall socket (classified TNV-3 according to
EN60950 standard).
Note : no battery required.
2 - WALL MOUNTING
To wall-mount your telephone, follow the instructions :
- Make two holes in the wall 8.5cm apart located on a vertical centre line.
insert wall plugs and wall mounting screws. The screws should protrude
from the wall by 3 mm.
- Slowly slide the wall bracket down until it snaps into place.

3 - ANSWERING INCOMING CALLS
When an incoming call is received, the telephone will ring.
- To answer the call press the ON/OFF button (the IN USE LED light) and
speak.
- On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button again to release the
line (the IN USE LED turn off).
4 - MAKING A CALL
- Press the ON/OFF button (the IN USE LED light).
- Await the dial tone and dial required number.
- On completion of the call, press the ON/OFF button again to release the
line (the IN USE LED turn off).
5 - LAST NUMBER REDIAL
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Await the dial tone and press the REDIAL button.
The previously dialled number will be automatically re-dialled.
6 - MEMORY FUNCTION
To store a number in memory:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Dial the number.
- Press the MEM button.
To dial a number from memory:
- Press the ON/OFF button.
- Press the MEM button.
The stored number will be dialled automatically.
7 - MUTE BUTTON
If you wish to speak privately to someone else in the room – without your
caller overhearing, press and hold the MUTE button. You will still be abble
to hear the caller’s but they cannot hear you during the mute operation. To
resume normal conversation , release the MUTE button.

8 - PAUSE FUNCTION
Allows you to insert a temporary pause during dialing sequence.
For example, dialing an international number (eg: 00-886-22-795-1234),
some PBX systems will not register the entire number entry without a
pause between the prefix numbers.
You may have to dial 00 P, dial 886 P.
This allows adequate timing for the phone number to register with the PBX
system and complete the call. In case of difficulty, contact your PBX
manufacturer or installer.
9 - R (RECALL) FUNCTION
Press Rbutton to terminate a call and institute dialing tone for another call or
to get another call from “Call Waiting” (a special telephone service).
NOTE: If you do not have special telephone services from your operator,
such as Call Waiting, pressing Rbutton during a call may disconnect your
current conversation.

These are used with the new services provided on digital exchanges. For
details please contact your network operator.
