Quick Installation Guide
• WICHTIG: Prüfen Sie anhand des Typenschilds, ob das Gerät für die
entsprechende Spannung ausgelegt ist. Netzstecker an Stromquelle
anschliessen und Hauptschalter betätigen.
• IMPORTANT: Check the identification plate to ensure that the device is
rated for the appropriate voltage. Connect the power plug to the power
source and operate the main switch.
• IMPORTANT: Vérifiez sur la plaque signalétique que l’appareil est conçu
pour la tension appropriée. Branchez la fiche secteur sur la source d’ali-
mentation et actionnez l’interrupteur principal.
• IMPORTANTE: controllare la targhetta per assicurarsi che l’apparecchio
sia dimensionato per la tensione appropriata. Collegare la spina di rete
alla fonte di alimentazione e azionare l’interruttore principale.
• IMPORTANTE: Compruebe la placa de características para asegurarse
de que el equipo está preparado para el voltaje adecuado.Conecte el

• Temperatursonde in beliebiger Buchse einstecken und Sondenkopf am
U-Kern platzieren. Zweite Temperatursonde für Delta-T Modus ist
optional erhältlich (Art.-Nr.:190-10010).
• Insert the temperature probe into any socket and place probe head on
U-Core. Second temperature probe for Delta-T mode is optionally
available (art. no.:190-10010).
• Connecter la sonde de température avec une des prises au choix et
placer la tête de la sonde sur le noyau en U. Une deuxième sonde de
température pour le mode Delta-Temperature est disponible en option
(no. d’art.:190-10010).
• Inserire la sonda di temperatura in una presa qualsiasi e posizionare
la testa della sonda sul nucleo a U. La seconda sonda di temperatura
per la modalità Delta-Temperatura è disponibile come opzione
(n. art.: 190-10010).
• Inserte la sonda de temperatura en cualquier toma y coloque el
cabezal de la sonda en el núcleo en U. La segunda sonda de temper-
atura para el modo Delta-Temperatura está disponible opcionalmente

• Legen Sie das Lager über die Spule oder über das Joch. Joch und U-Kern
müssen vor der Verwendung unbedingt vom Rostschutz befreit werden.
• Place the bearing over the coil or over the yoke. Before use, it is essential
that the yoke and U-Core are free of rust inhibitor protection.
• Placer le roulement sur la bobine ou sur le barreau. Il est impératif d’enlever
la protection antirouille de le barreau et du noyau en U avant utilisation.
• Posizionare i cuscinetti sulla bobina o sul giogo. È indispensabile rimuo-
vere la protezione antiruggine dal giogo e dal nucleo a U prima dell’uso.
• Coloque los rodamientos sobre la bobina o sobre el yugo. Es imprescindi-
ble retirar la protección contra el óxido del yugo y del núcleo en U antes
de su uso.

• Temperatursonde am Lagerinnenring platzieren und Anwärmprozess mit
START/STOP Taste initialisieren.
• Place the temperature probe on the bearing inner ring and initialise the
heating process with the START/STOP button.
• Placer la sonde de température sur la bague intérieure du roulement et
initialiser le processus de chauffage avec la touche START/STOP.
• Posizionare la sonda di temperatura sull’anello interno del cuscinetto e
inizializzare il processo di riscaldamento con il pulsante START/STOP.
• Coloque la sonda de temperatura en el anillo interior del rodamiento e
inicie el proceso de calentamiento con el botón START/STOP.

• Ist die Zieltemperatur erreicht ertönt akustisches Signal. Mit START/STOP
Taste Gerät ausschalten, das Lager wird automatisch entmagnetisiert.
• When the required temperature is reached, an acoustic signal will be
heard. Press the START/STOP button to switch off the unit, the bearing is
automatically demagnetise.
• Lorsque la température cible est atteinte, un signal sonore retentit.
Arrêter l’appareil avec la touche START/STOP, le roulement est automa-
tiquement démagnétisé.
• Quando viene raggiunta la temperatura target, viene emesso un
segnale acustico. Premere il pulsante START/STOP per spegnere l’unità,
il cuscinetto viene smagnetizzato automaticamente.
• Cuando se alcanza la temperatura objetivo, suena una señal acústica.
Pulse el botón START/STOP para apagar la unidad, el rodamiento se
desmagnetiza automáticamente.

• ACHTUNG: Heisse Oberfläche. Tragen Sie die mitgelieferten
Schutzhandschuhe für die Entnahme des heissen Lagers.
• ATTENTION: Hot surface. Always wear the protective gloves provided
when removing the hot bearing.
• ATTENTION : Surface chaude. Portez les gants de protection fournis
pour retirer le roulement chaud.
• ATTENZIONE: Superficie calda. Indossare i guanti di protezione in
dotazione per rimuovere il cuscinetto caldo.
• ATENCIÓN: Superficie caliente. Utilice los guantes de protección sumi-
nistrados para retirar el rodamiento caliente.

• Joche auf der Rückseite des Gerätes verstauen. Wichtig: Gerät keiner
hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit aussetzen.
• Stow the yokes on the back of the unit. Important: Avoid exposing the
device to high humidity.
• Ranger les barreaux à l’arrière de l’appareil. Important: Ne pas expos-
er l’appareil à une forte humidité.
• Riporre i gioghi sul retro dell’apparecchio. Importante: Non esporre
l’apparecchio a un’elevata umidità.
• Guarde los yugos en la parte posterior del unidad. Importante: No
exponga el aparato a una humedad elevada.
