General Safety Instrucons
Read the operang instrucons carefully before pung the appliance into operaon and
keep the instrucons including the warranty, the receipt and, if possible, the box with the
internal packing. If you give this device to other people, please also pass on the operang
instrucons.
• The appliance is designed exclusively for private use and for the envisaged purpose. This
appliance is not t for commercial use. Do not use it outdoors. Keep it away from sources
of heat, direct sunlight, humidity (never dip it into any liquid) and sharp edges. Do not use
the appliance with wet hands. If the appliance is humid or wet, unplug it immediately.
• When cleaning or pung it away, switch o the appliance and always pull out the plug
from the socket (pull the plug itself, not the lead) if the appliance is not being used and
remove the aached accessories.
• Do not operate the machine without supervision. If you leave the room you should al-
ways turn the device o. Remove the plug from the socket.
• Check the appliance and the cable for damage on a regular basis. Do not use the appli-
ance if it is damaged.
• Do not try to repair the appliance on your own. Always contact an authorized techni-
cian. To avoid the exposure to danger, always have a faulty cable be replaced only by the
manufacturer, by our customer service or by a qualied person and with a cable of the
same type.
• Use only original spare parts.
• Pay careful aenon to the following “Special Safety Instrucons”.
Children and Frail Individuals
• In order to ensure your children‘s safety, please keep all packaging (plasc bags, boxes,
polystyrene etc.) out of their reach.

please ensure that this device is only used under supervision. This device is not a toy. Do

Important informaon for your safety is specially marked. It is essenal to comply with
these instrucons in order to avoid accidents and prevent damage to the machine:
WARNING:
This warns you of dangers to your health and indicates possible injury risks.
CAUTION:
This refers to possible hazards to the machine or other objects.
Special Safety Instrucons for this Machine
• Make sure that the motor casing is not wet.
• Pay aenon to the slowing down of the motor aer shung o.
• The appliance is designed for the mashing and mixing of food and drinks and for chop-
ping together with the mulchopper.
• Short-me operang: use the device for no longer than 4 minutes with so foods and
no longer than 3 minutes with hard foods. Leave the device to cool down for at least 3
minutes before using again.
WARNING:
The aachments and the blade are very sharp! Handle these parts with great cauon!
DANGER OF INJURY!
• The appliance is designed to process only small quanes of food! Fill the container
with the maximum quanes specied in the table!
• Do not put hard foods such as ice cubes, nutmeg or large pieces of chocolate into the
container! The blade can be damaged!

Before Use
• Take out all the parts carefully out of the packing. Save the packing and the inner packing
material for the whole duraon of the warranty.
• Clean the device before using it for the rst me as described in “Cleaning and Mainte-
nance”.
Wall Mounng
The mixing rod (4) can also be aached to the wall using the aachment kit supplied (11).
In order to do this, measure the distance between the two recesses on the back and drill
two holes which are this distance apart.

CAUTION:
Make sure before you start that you will not damage any electrical wires hidden in the
walls!
Insert the motor housing (3) with the mixing rod (4) into the holding device.
Remove the mixing rod
• Remove the mixing rod from the motor housing by turning it briey in an anclockwise
direcon.
Aaching Accessories
• If you would like to use the Mulknife or the whisking disc, rst place the aachment on
the sha of the mixing rod (see Illustraon A) and then push it into the posion shown in
Illustraon B. If necessary, hold the sha at the open end of the mixing rod ghtly.
NOTE:
• Make sure that the pin located on the sha ts into the slot of the aachment. Only in
this case can the aachment be inserted completely onto the sha!
• Use the lier (15) as a tool in order to release the components again (see Illustraon C).
Aaching the Mixing Rod
• Lock the mixing rod into place by turning once. The marker dots (3a) are now posioned
one above the other.
Whisk
• If you would like to use the whisk (9), replace the mixing rod by the adapter (10). Lock the
whisk into place by applying moderate pressure to the drivesha of the adapter.
Funcon and Accessories
Two-level control switches (2):
Level *: At this level it is possible to use the speed control to regulate the number of revolu-
ons per minute.
Level **: This provides the maximum speed and cannot be regulated.

Using the Mixing Rod and Whisk
WARNING: Make sure that the plug is not inserted!
1. Select an accessory. Please note the secon “Before Use”.
2. Fill the food to be mixed into the mixing bowl ((5) max. 0.6 litres). The mixing rod or whisk
should be fully immersed.
3. Use the regulator (1) to set the corresponding speed. Please refer to the table.
4. Hold the device in such a way that you are able to operate the two-level control switch (2)
with your ngers.
5. Only connect the machine to a properly installed safety socket, 230 V/50 Hz.
6. Press one of the buons of the two-level control switch.
7. You can achieve pulse operaon by pressing the buon at intervals and then releasing it.
8. The device switches itself o when the buon is released.
9. Pull out the plug from the socket aer use. Clean and put the device away as described in
“Cleaning and Maintenance”.
Changing of the metal aachments
• Remove the aachment already inserted on the sha of the mixing rod (4) with the re-
lease buon (15).
• The side with the slot is used to remove the aachments.

Using the Mul-chopper
WARNING: Make sure that the plug is not inserted!
1. Release the mixing rod (4) by turning it and pulling it out of the motor housing (3).
2. Place the mulple chopping machines on a at, level surface and then remove the lid
(12).
3. Fill the transparent beaker (13). Do not ll the beaker to the rim, but only ¾ of the beaker
capacity.
4. Seal the bowl again with the lid; the recesses on the lower edge of the lid and on the up-
per edge of the bowl must interlock.
5. Place the motor casing on the upper opening of the lid and fasten the mul-chopper by
turning it to the right.
6. Only connect the machine to a properly installed safety socket, 230 V/50 Hz. Allow the
mulple chopping machine to stand on this surface during operaon and unl the chopping
blade is removed (14). Hold the mul-chopper rmly with a hand.
7. Press one of the buons on the two-level control switch. You can achieve pulse operaon
by pressing the buon at intervals and then releasing it.
8. Remove the mains plug from the socket aer use. Release the motor housing from the
mulple chopping machine by turning it and then remove it from the lid.
9. Remove the lid and pull the chopping blade (14) out carefully.
WARNING: The chopping blade is very sharp! DANGER OF INJURY!
10. Pour the contents of the beaker into a container or plate.
11. Clean the appliance as described in “Cleaning and Storage”.
Cleaning and Maintenance
• Always pull the plug out of the socket before cleaning!
• Removable parts which have come into contact with food (utensils and bowls) can be
cleaned in soapy water.
• In order to clean the mixing rod ll the mixing bowl with water and operate the mixing rod
as described under “Using the Device”. Then dry the mixing rod thoroughly.
• Rub the outside of the motor casing with a moist towel to clean it when necessary and
then wipe it with a dry cloth.
• Aer cleaning, store the mixing rod in the wall mounng supplied.

Conseils généraux de sécurité
Lisez aenvement ce mode d’emploi avant de mere l’appareil en marche pour la pre-
mière fois. Conservez le mode d’emploi ainsi que le bon de garane, votre cket de caisse et
si possible, le carton avec l’emballage se trouvant à l’intérieur. Si vous remeez l‘appareil a
des ers, veuillez-le remere avec son mode d‘emploi.
• N’ulisez cet appareil que pour un usage prive et pour les taches auxquelles il est desné.
Cet appareil n’est pas prévu pour une ulisaon professionnelle. Ne l’ulisez pas en plein
air. Protégez-le de la chaleur, des rayons directs du soleil, de l’humidité (ne le plongez en
aucun cas dans l’eau) et des objets tranchants. N’ulisez pas cet appareil avec des mains
humides. S’il arrive que de l’humidité ou de l’eau aeignent l’appareil, débranchez aussitôt
le câble d’alimentaon.
• Arrêtez l’appareil et débranchez toujours le câble d’alimentaon de la prise de courant (en
rant sur la che et non pas sur le câble) si vous n’ulisez pas l’appareil, si vous installez les
accessoires, pour le neoyage ou en cas de panne.
• Ne laissez jamais fonconner l’appareil sans surveillance.
Lorsque vous quiez la pièce, toujours arrêter l’appareil.
Débranchez la che de la prise.
• Contrôlez régulièrement l’appareil et le câble. Ne meez pas l’appareil en marche s’il est
endommage.
• Ne réparez pas l’appareil vous-même. Contactez plutôt un technicien qualié. Pour éviter
toute mise en danger, ne faites remplacer le câble défectueux que par un câble équivalent
et que par le fabricant, notre service après-vente ou toute personne de qualicaon
similaire.
• N’ulisez que les accessoires d’origine.
• Respectez les « Conseils de sécurité spéciques » ci-dessous.
Enfants et personnes fragiles
• Par mesure de sécurité vis-à-vis des enfants, ne laissez pas les emballages (sac en plas-
que, carton, polystyrène) a leur portee.
DANGER!
Ne pas laisser les jeunes enfants jouer avec le lm. Il y a risque d’étouement!
• Pour protéger les personnes fragiles et les enfants des risques des appareils électriques,
veillez à ce que cet appareil ne soit ulisé que sous surveillance. Cet appareil n’est pas un
jouet. Ne laissez pas les enfants s’amuser avec.
