SMART Driver Notes:

Reset Water Add Meter, Rev Counters and Batch Timer:
• Every time the truck cycles power, the water add meter,
revolution counter and batch timer, will automatically reset
• Driver can reset these features at any time by pressing
menu button #1, then button #2

Swapping Batteries:
• Battery in hatch lasts 7-8 days. Swap battery from cab
with sensor battery every Monday morning. Sensor
battery can be accessed via the (4) ¼ turn screws
• Insert new battery foam side first – then gently insert
female terminals into male terminals

To Get Volume Reading:
Same 9 revolutions criteria as air and temperature applies
for establishing volume from 1- 5cy
• Park the truck on FLAT ground
• Drum must be turning SLOW enough (1-6 RPM)
• If this criteria is met and there is less than 5cy in the drum,
the volume will report on the In-Cab Display and on the Portal
• For small volumes approximately 2cy or less, turning the drum
slower 1-2 rpm may be needed to obtain a reading

To Get Air Reading:
9 Revolutions at 5 rpm in the yard or at job site to get Air and Temp in < 2 min
Drive to job normally at 1-2 rpm. Will get updated info with each drum rev. Countdown
