ergonomy and the facility of using them. We hope our product will give you complete satisfaction.

Incorrect operation or usage is likely to cause damage to the
appliance and injure the user. Make sure that you follow all
safety instructions. Only use this appliance for the purpose for
which it has been designed; we decline all responsibility in the
event of damage due to incorrect use or bad handling.
1. Check that your main voltage corresponds to that stated on
the appliance.
2. The safety instructions do not by themselves eliminate any
danger completely and proper accident prevention
measures must always be used.
3. Never leave the appliance unsupervised when in use.
4. Children shall not play with the appliance.
5. This appliance shall not be used by children from 0 year to 8
years. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8
years and above if they are continuously supervised. This
appliance can be used by people with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way

and understand the hazards involved.
6. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children
aged less than 8 years. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children.
7. Cooking appliances should be positioned in a stable
situation with the handles (if any) positioned to avoid
spillage of the hot liquids.
8. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified
persons(*) in order to avoid a hazard.
9. Do not pass the cord over objects with sharp edges and
keep it at a distance from, hot objects and bare flames.
Always pull on the plug to disconnect it from the feed source.
10. For extra protection it is possible to equip your home
electrical system with a residual current circuit breaker with
voltage break at 30 mA maximum. Ask your electrician for
advice.
11. Make sure that the cord or the extension cable is not at risk of
being pulled inadvertently nor of being topped over by
anyone at the time of use.
12. When you use an extension cable, make sure that it is
adapted to the appliance essential consumption. Contrary
to this, the extension cable and/ or the plug risks
overheating.
13. Only the appropriate connector must be used.
14. Only use the appliance for domestic purposes and in the
way indicated in the instructions.
15. In case the appliance accidentally falls into water disconnect

it immediately. Have it checked by an expert before re-using,
if you do not do this you run the risk of electrocution.
16. Never try to open the casing yourself.
17. Do not use the appliance if your hands are damp if the oil
is wet, or if the appliance itself is damp.
18. Do not touch the plug if your hands are damp or wet.
19. Never use the appliance near hot surfaces.
20. Surfaces are liable to get hot during use.
21. Never use the appliance outside and always place it in a
dry environment. Before cleaning, always unplug the
appliance from the power supply.
22. Never use accessories that are not recommended by the
producer. They could constitute a danger to the user and
risk to damage the appliance.
23. Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Make sure
the cord cannot get caught in any way. Do not wind the
cord around the appliance and do not bend it.
24. Stand the appliance on a table or flat surface.
25. Unplug the appliance when not in use.
26. The connector must be removed before the appliance is
cleaned and the appliance inlet must be dried before the
appliance is used again.
27. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of
an external timer or a separate remote-control system.
28. It is absolutely necessary to keep this appliance clean at all
times as it comes into direct contact with food.

29. Make sure the appliance is unplugged before inserting,
removing or cleaning one of the accessories. It is absolutely
necessary to remove the accessories before cleaning them.
30. Keep this manual with the appliance. If the appliance is to be
used by a third party, this instruction manual must be supplied
with it.
31. Never carry the appliance while still hot.
32. This appliance is intended to be used in household and
similar applications such as:
–staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working
environments
–farm houses
–by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type
environments
–bed and breakfast type environments.
33. Regarding the instructions for cleaning surfaces in contact
with food or oil, thanks to refer to the below paragraph of
the manual.

Before first use:
1. Remove all packing material and please check carefully to ensure that your lectric Wok is in good
condition.
2. Wash the wok in warm, soapy water, to do this, remove the power cord, hold on the appliance
making sure that the plug and thermostat unit are turned upward. Keep the plug dry. Rinse and dry
thoroughly.
3. Wash the lid, the over rack and the spatula with hot soapy water.
4. Let the appliance work for about 10 minutes without any food to remove the protective coating on
non-stick grilling surface. A small amount of smoke is normal – ensure that the room is well ventilated!

Note: Keep the edge of the wok 5-10cm away from any walls and objects on the countertop or table.
Be very careful when you use cooking oil, if it is too hot i t can take fire.
1. Connect the thermostat unit to the plug on side of wok and connect to the earth socket.
2. Adjust the temperature on maximum and wait the wok heat.
3. Add a little cooking oil and adjust the cooking temperature to the desired setting. When the
Indicator light goes off, the temperature has been reached and the wok is ready.
4. Do not cover the wok with the lid when heating up the cooking oil.
5. Cook the food by moving nonstop with the bamboo spatula.
6. When cooking is complete, move the temperature dial to “0” position and take food out
of the wok right away.
7. Unplug the power cord from the wall immediately after you have finished cooking. When
cool, remove the thermostat unit. Allow the wok to cool completely before cleaning.
CL ANING AND STORAG
Caution: do not use wire brush or any abrasive items or liquids to clean appliance.
Be very careful when you use cooking oil, if it is too hot it can take fire.
1. Always remove the plug from the socket before cleaning.
2. Never immerse the appliance base in water.
3. nsure that the appliance has completely cooled down.
4. Clean the wok with hot soapy water taking care not wet the plug.
If some food is hard to remove, after cooling, warm up with lower temperature after filling one glass
of soapy water, wait 10 minutes and remove the food easier. Move the temperature dial to “0”
position and rinse the wok.
5. Clean the lid, the over rack and the spatula with hot soapy water, rinse and dry them.
6. Wipe the base of the wok with damp cloth.
7. Never pour cold water on hot plate because it will damage it.
8. Dish washer is forbidden.
