Heating milk
1) Fit the whisk for uniform heating onto the drive shaft inside the carafe.
You can clip the other whisk onto the whisk holder .
2) Take the carafe from the plinth and pour the milk in. Thereby, fill it with as
much milk as is needed so that at least the minimum mark inside the carafe
is reached. However, never fill it with milk beyond the upper MAX-marking
(). If you do, the appliance may overflow.
3) Place the carafe on the plinth .
4) Put the lid on.
5) Press the “Hot” button . The integrated control lamp lights up red.
The whisk for uniform heating starts to turn. This heats the milk evenly.
6) The appliance switches itself off and the integrated control lamp goes out as
soon as the milk reaches a temperature of 60 - 65°C.
NOTICE
► If you want to stop the preparation process before completion, press the “Hot”
button . If you press the “Hot” button again, the preparation
process will resume.
