3. GENERAL WARNINGS AND MANUFACTURER DISCLAIMER
Failure to observe preventive measures outlined in this manual or failure to heed specified
warnings, inappropriate use of all or some of the appliance components, use of unauthorized
replacement parts, and use of appliance by unauthorized personnel violate each of the safety
standards applied in the project, construction, and manufacture, and absolve DISTFORM, S.L.
of all responsibility in the event of damage to persons or property.
The company, DISTFORM, S.L., is not responsible for any consequences which may result from
the user failing to observe the security measures outlined in this manual.
3.1 Warranty
DISTFORM, S.L. provides a one-year warranty from the date of invoicing for the proper
functioning of the appliance.
Excluded from the warranty is regular physical wear on appliance parts such as:
Sealing bars, teflon, air filters, silicone rubber, gaskets, and all damages resulting from misuse
or negligence.
If a vacuum pump is returned with suction problems or malfunctions, DISTFORM, S.L. reserves
the right to check if the pump has drawn in foreign bodies (liquids, solids, etc.) and, if so, the
problem will be attributed to client negligence during use and not to manufacturer defects.
Changes in the exterior electrical network, or poor connection to electrical networks, may
cause damage to the electronic board, which is not attributable to DISTFORM, S.L.
All replacement materials and labor will be covered during the warranty period.
For any repair or replacement part that is requested at the client domicile, the repair
technician's transportation or travel costs will be the client's responsibility, while labor and
spare and replacement parts will be provided free of charge.
Transportation costs (to or from) will not be reimbursed for appliance procedures carried out
at DISTFORM, S.L., either during the warranty period or after.
Any defective part (pump, board, etc.) that has been manipulated by the client during the
warranty period will no longer be covered by this warranty. DISTFORM, S.L. is solely
responsible for determining that function.
4. INSTALLATION
Place the appliance on a flat surface and ensure that the appliance is level.
The appliance should be placed so that it is protected from water and dirt splatters.
Do not place the appliance near heat sources such as ovens, stoves, griddles, deep-fryers, etc.
