The heavy duty TITANNIUM TI-HB600C hand blender has a 600W motor,
virtually unbreakable stainless steel rod and blades and a wide range of
speeds that will enable the best result for your recipes.

IMPORTANT CAUTION
Read this instruction manual carefully before operating this unit.
1 · This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical,sensory or mental capabilities,or lack of experience and
knowledge,unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
2 · Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the
appliance.
3 · Before using this unit, check the mains power voltage corresponds to the
voltage shown on the marking plate.
4 · Always disconnect the blender from the supply if it is left unattended and
before assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
5 · Do not allow children to use the blender without supervision.
6 · Do not switch the appliance on if it appears to be faulty in any way.
7 ·
For repairs, accessories or power cord replacement, contact your dealer or an
authorized Service Center.
8 · It is not allowed to immerse the base into water for cleaning and it is
forbidden to start the unit or press the control button by wet hands.
9 · The water temperature should not be over 60º when cleaning the unit.
10 · Do not run this unit long-time, otherwise the inner parts will be damaged.
11 · When the motor is running, do not insert your nger or other objects into
the machine and container.
12 · If the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by the manufacturer. Its
service agent or similarly qualied persons if order to avoid a hazard.

13 · Only use this appliance and the provided accessories. Use the appliance
for its intended purposes only. Do not use the appliance and the accessories
for other purpose than described in this user instruction manual.
14 · Care shall be taken when handling the sharp cutting blades, emptying the
container and during cleaning. Do not try to use the cutting blade or accessory
other than the correct purpose to prevent dangers. Misuse or assemble the
cutting blade or accessory will cause dangers.
NOTE: The motor is equipped with protective setting, which will turn off the
unit automatically while overloading and re-operate it after cooling.

BEFORE CONNECTING TO POWER
1 · Before connecting to the power, please check whether the type of supply
matches with the details given on the rating label on the appliance.
2 · When using for the rst time take off all wrapping paper and plastic bags
and clean the ttings.
HOW TO USE
FOR BLENDING
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing dips, sauces, mayonnaise
and baby food as well a for mixing and milshakes.
1 · Insert the blender bar into motor unit, turn cclockwise
to lock it into motor unit.
2 · Put ingredients in the container, to prevent splattering,
immerse the blad guard completely in the ingredients.
Keep the blender in vertical position.
3 · Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch I or switch II. I will allow speed
selection by using the speed knob. II will activate pulse function.
4 · Blend the ingredients by moving the appliance slowly up, down and in
circles.
FOR WHIPPING
The whisk is intended for whipping cream, beating egg whites and mixing
sponges and Ready-mix desserts.

1 · Insert the whisk into the Whisk coupling unit.
2 · Connect the coupling unit to the motor unit, installation reference“using
blender”.
3 · Immerse the whisk in the ingredients. Press the switch to
activate the handle blender and press the switch after
approximately 30 seconds to prevent ingredients splashing.
USING THE CHOPPER
The chopper is perfectly suited for hard food, such as chopping meat,
cheese, onion, herbs, garlic, carrots, walnuts, almonds, prunes etc.(Cut up cup
maximum capacity 200g)
1 · Put the chopper blade unit in the chopper bowl, press down the blade unit
and lock bowl.
2 · Put the ingredients in the chopper bowl,solid ingredients should not be
larger than 2cm pieces.
3 · Put the chopper lid unit onto the chopper bowl.
4 · Fasten the motor unit onto the chopper bowl.
Installation reference“using blender”.
5 · Switch the appliance on by pressing the switch I or switch II.I will allow speed
selection by using the speed knob. II will activate pulse function.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1 · Before cleaning, unplug the appliance and detach the accessories.
2 · Wipe the motor unit, the chopper coupling unit, the whisk coupling unit with
a moist cloth, do not immerse them in water.
3 · Other accessories can put the dishwasher or the water clean.
4 · If food is not easily rinsed off the blade or whisk, place a drop of dish
detergent in the mixing container with water. Plug cord into outlet. Immerse the
blade end portion or whisk and operate the unit for about 10 seconds. Unplug,
rinse under running water, and then dry.
5 · When not in use store this appliance in a dry place to prevent the motor of
appliance from being affected.
CAUTION: The cutting edges of the blades are very sharp, cleaning it must
be carefully.
