TECHNICAL INFORMATION
SpecificationS
Step 1-Press the device push pad to the desired seng. (this can be fully
depressed or less than fully depressed).
Step 2- While depressing the push pad, apply power. (i.e. presenng the
credenal to the reader).
Step 3- Connue to keep pad depressed, the device will beep 6 mes. Aer the
beeps have stopped, release the pad and now the adjustment is complete.
If not to your liking repeat the three steps. That’s all there is to it.

Push pad is depressed. Device is
re-adjusng
Over-travel or mechanical
obstrucon
> 28V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
< 22V unit will shut down. Check voltage & adjust to 24 V.
Device will automacally re-engage within 5 seconds.
Check to make sure the push pad is not stuck or catching on
anything.
trouBleShooting & DiagnoSticS
4 Beeps Failed Sensor Verify all 3 sensor wires are installed correctly. Replace sensor if
problem persists by contacng oce.
• Input Voltage: 24VDC +/- 10%
• Average Latch Retracon Current: 1.3 Amp
• Average Holding Current: 170 mA
• Wire gauge: Minimum 20 gauge
If mechanical obstrucon, remove & push pad down unl
beeping stops to reset. If no obstrucon, the pad may have
been pushed in too far during PTS calibraon. Recalibrate
with the pad slightly out. If problem persists, verify the
magnet is within 1/4” of the sensor at the end of travel.
**Important Info**
Make sure to set PTS before nishing installaon!

• Slide the push pad back
unl it clears the front
acvang bracket.
• Slide forward to remove
push pad.
• Remove the dogging
assembly and slide o the
push pad.
*Recommended but not required
• Cover the 2 pins with super lube
provided to top, boom and end of 2
points on aaching bracket.
Magnet
Twist
• Place aaching bracket into the
back of the housing at an angle
with magnet side the furthest
back. Twist to straighten so the
two-greased points t into the
exisng baserail groves.

• Drop the front arms onto the back
acvang bracket.
• Make sure scissor brackets are
at an angle so the motor mount
can easily t into the baserail.
• Extend ball screw all the
way.
Note: Be careful loosening screws as scissors will fall o.

motor rst. Feeding the
connector thru the back
end cap.

• Slide motor all the way
to the back of the device.
• Visually conrm the
hooks will clear the
boom the devices
acvang bracket ( the
gold strip).
• Push down on acvang
bracket (1) then push
down on motor mount
hooks (2) to snap into
place.

• Conrm motor has seated
properly but see if the boom
bracket is sing ush on the
baserail.

• Firmly hand ghten all
4 screws to secure motor
mount. Starng with the back
2 rst.
• Tighten 2 screws on aaching
hook to prevent device from
sliding o of back aaching
bracket.
• With Allen wrench
provided, Push tab back
unl screws line up.

• To set the motor assembly
in the proper locaon.
Depress the acvang
brackets all the way
down. Conrm nothing is
prevenng them from fully
depressing. Where the
assembly stops is the spot,
hold the motor here.

• Depress push pad &
set PTS adjustment.
• Re-install push
pad by inserng
into the back
acvang bracket
rst.
• Aer clearing the
front acvang
bracket up slide
forward securing
the pad to the front
acvang bracket.

funconing.
