Specific safety instructions for plastic pipe welding kit
•Always use protective eyewear and gloves.
•Keep your hands away from the heating plate and adaptor.Pericol of skin damage.
•Welding kit is double insulated. This means it has two completely independent types of
insulation that prevents the operator to enter into direct contact with the metal parts live. This
measure represents the highest degree of protection against electrocution.
Application The power tool is intended for connecting plastic pipe, made from PP-R and PE.
Do not use the tool for connecting metal parts.IT IS NOT DESIGNED FOR PROFFESIONAL
USE.
Operation
Caution! Risk of overheating. Uninterrupted use of the appliance can lead to
burning the resistance or melting the housing and thus loosing the warranty.
Socket
Screw the desired socket to the heating plate (4)
Switching ON and OFF
Set the desired temperature using the thermostat (5). To start the tool, press the 2 level switch (2).
Red light indicator signals that the device is heating. When the light is off the machine is ready to
use.
