If yo are new to the hobby of flying RC model airplanes, DO NOT attempt to fly this
model by yo rself! There are h ndreds of BMFA (British Model Flying Association)
cl bs in the UK. Ask yo r local hobby shop for the location of the nearest cl b in yo r
area, or check o t the www.bmfa.org. k (or yo r national modelling organisations) web
site. Many cl bs often have q alified instr ctors to teach yo how to fly. If yo are an
accomplished pilot then yo sho ld have no problem in flying this model. However the
Scorpion can fly very fast, and is potentially a lethal object. Do fly responsibly, and
make s re yo r third party liability (eg BMFA) ins rance is valid.
Limit of Liability

reasonable sage by an experienced and responsible r/c aircraft pilot. By keeping this
model yo confirm that the parts have not been str ct rally damaged and are fit for
p rpose as received.
The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and actions of the b ilder/flyer of this model
airplane kit will ltimately determine the airworthiness, flight performance, and the
safety of the finished model. Yo confirm that yo take f ll responsibility for the safe
sage, constr ction, and maintenance of the model, and yo will not hold
HyperFlight.co. k or its owners, staff, agents, contractors, or helpers in any way
responsible for any damages or inj ry that may occ r as a res lt of operating or flying
this model. HyperFlight’s sole obligation shall be to replace those parts of the kit
proven to be defective or missing. If yo are not willing to agree to this binding
condition of sale please ret rn the model in as-received condition to Hyperflight for a
ref nd.
