1.BEFOREUSINGTHEEQUIPMENTANDSECURITY.
Thespreadcylinder“CY0109”,“CY0109G”,“CY0122”y“CY0122P”,aredesignedandmanufacturedtools,underourinternalquality
standardandthesupervisionthatforcestheruleISO9001.
Theoperatormustbefamiliarizedwiththeuseofthistool,mustbeconsequentwiththeinherentriskoftheuseofthehydraulic
tools.
Usetheappropriateprotectiondevicessuchas:
Boots Helmet Goggles Gloves Clothes.
Watchtheextremeenvironmentalconditionsandkeepgreasedtheequipment.
Thistoolhasbeendesignedforoperationssuchas:piecesseparation,movementofblocksseparatedbyafewmillimetres,in
maintenanceoperations,machine’smovements,etc.Thesetoolsareservedinthemaintenancesetslikeastandardelement.
Theomissionofthisinstructionmanualcouldproducepersonalinjuriesandmaterialdamages,thatLARZEP,S.A.willnotbe
responsible.

If any malfunction in the equipment is detected, never use it, until be repaired by specialist personnel. Store it far of the operators in a safe place.
Never store the tool in a place where the children could have access to it.
Have in mind that the technical features for the references CY0109 and CY0122P are the same as the references
CY0109G and CY0122, except the coupler.
The references CY0109 and CY0122P are provided with a low flow female quick coupler AZ3240, whereas the
references CY0109G and CY0122 are provided with a high flow female quick coupler AZ3140.

“CY0122”and“CY0122P”,arenotamachineinitself,thereforewillnotbecompletenorsafe,exceptinthecasesinwhichoneis
reconciledtothesetofahoseandpumpthatcorrespondbydimensionsandforceofworktothecylinder.
Thecomponentsdescribedinthechapteroftechnicalcharacteristicsofthismanual,areassembledbyLARZEP,S.A.,thiscylinders
cannotbeputinuseuntilitreunitestheconditionsnecessarytobedescribedlikeacompleteandsafemachinethatitfulfilsthe
requirementsofthenormativeCE,incasethatitisfulfilledwillbeabletotakethenoticeableCE.
Nevertheless,LARZEP,S.A.worksinagreementtoourstandardsofqualityandunderthecontrolthosenormISO9001forces.

4.WARRANTY
LARZEP,S.A.guaranteesitsproductsagainstalldesignandmanufacturingdefectsforthedurationsoftwoyearsfromthedateof
purchase. This guarantee does not include the ordinary wear of both metal and non‐metal parts, abuse, using the equipment
beyond its ratedcapacity and any wear ordamage incurred as a result of using a hydraulic fluid which isnot recommended by
LARZEP,S.A.
PleasenotethatiftheequipmentisdisassembledorservicedbyanyoneotherthananauthorizedservicedealerorbyLARZEP,S.A.,
thisguaranteeisrenderednullandvoid.
Intheeventofawarrantyclaim,returntheequipment,toLARZEP, S.A. or the authorized dealer which sold you the hydraulic
equipment,LARZEP,S.A.willrepairorreplacethefaultyequipment,whicheverisdeemedmostappropriate.LARZEP,S.A.shallnot
beheldliableforanyconsequentialdamagesorlosses,whichmayoccurasaresultoffaultyequipment
