2.PROCESS DESIGN ORDER FOR ASSEMBLY
(Refer to the exploded view, spare parts list and the owner’s manual
<instruction manual>.)
1. Combustion Chamber Assy. 1
Convex Part (entire circumference)
of Seal Plate
Small holes (φ1.0) in the Chamber
* Check that they are on the same
side.

convex side of the Lower

Planar Part
1. Align the convex part of the Seal Plate with the groove in the Upper Chamber to put the former on
the latter.
* The boss (for identification) of the Seal Plate should be on the small hole (φ1.0) side of the
chamber.
2. Put the Lower Chamber on the Upper Chamber on which the Seal Plate has been put.
3. Put the Chamber Plate on the planar part of the Lower Chamber and lock with the Hexagon Socket
Head Cap Screws 4 x 20 (4 pcs.).
(Tightening torque: 5.0 to 6.0 N·m)

1. Assemble the Guide Poles (4 spots) to the noses of the Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws 4 x 20.
* Ensure that there is no gap between the Guide Poles and Upper Chamber.
ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE

Set the O-ring into a groove.

Ensure that there is no gap
between the Guide Poles
and Upper Chamber.

O-RING 4D 3.5 x 75.8 (AS234) (56132)
1. Apply MOLYKOTE HR-300 to the entire circumference of the O-ring 4D 3.5 x 75.8 (AS234). (0.6 to
0.8 g)
2. Assemble the O-ring 4D 3.5 x 75.8 (AS234) into the O-ring grooves in the Lower and Upper
Chambers.
* Set the entire circumference of the O-ring 4D 3.5 x 75.8 (AS234) into the groove.

Boss of ST Lever
1. Assemble the Helical Torsion Spring to the ST Lever from both sides.
2. Assemble the end of the spring to the ST Lever (on both sides).

1. Assemble the Compression Spring (ST) to the boss of the ST Lever.
2. Set the ST Lever Assy. into the Trigger and press-fit the Waved Spring Pin.
* Check that the ST Lever Assy. turns and returns by the spring.

1. Assemble the O-ring 4D 1.9 x 4.8 (large) to the Connection Collar A.
2. Assemble the O-ring 4D 1.42 x 1.52 (small) to the Connection Collar A.
3. Assemble the Connection Collar B to the Connection Collar A.
4. Assemble the Connection Collar A to the Seal Cap.
5. Assemble the Connection Filter and Seal Cap to the Connect Body.
6. Assemble the Compression Spring (Connection Outside), and the Compression Spring
(Connection) and Nozzle Piston to the Connect Body.

1. Assemble the O-ring (1.9 x 4.8, small) to the Connect Cap.
2. Assemble the Connect Collar C to the Connect Cap.
3. Assemble the O-ring (2.4 x 10.8, large) to the Connect Cap.
ASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
CONNECT CAP ASSY.
O-RING 4D 1.9 x 4.8

O-RING 4D 2.4 x 10.8
Check that the Pawl of the Seal Cap is getting on top (2 spots).
PARALLEL PIN 3 x 12
1. Assemble the Connect Cap Assy. to the Connect Body.
2. Assemble two Parallel Pins to the Connect Cap.

Degrease
1. Assemble the Fixed Core Unit from the spot-faced surface side of the Nut Plate.
2. Assemble the Compression Spring (Core), Valve Core Unit (with downward rubber), Valve Spacer,
and Valve Core Unit (with upward rubber) to the Fixed Core Unit in that order.
3. Assemble the O-ring 1 x 8 to the Outlet Body and lock with the Hexagon Socket Head Cap Screws
2 x 4 at 4 spots. (Tightening torque: 0.4 to 0.6 N·m, 4 spots)

* Constant force spring assy.
2. Assemble the Spring Cover B to the Follower Holder.

* Beware of the spring direction.
4. Assemble the Spring Cover A to the Follower Holder.
5. Assemble the Spring Stopper to the Follower Holder.
