위하여
사용 전에 알아두셔야 할 것, 지켜야 할 것을 정
리해 놓았습니다. 반드시 읽어주십시오.
당사는 이 취급설명서에 따르지 않은 경우에
발생하는 불량, 사고에 관한 책임은 지지 않
습니다.

척의 설치, 보수점검, 급유, 수리 시에는
반드시 설치기계의 전원을 끄십시오.
척 회전 중에 전환밸브를 조작하시 마십시오.
척의 회전속도는 최대 허용치를 확인하시고 회전속도
제한치를 넘지 마십시오.
문을 열고 스핀들을 회전시키면 안됩니다.
Power switch off before setting,
inspecting, lubricating or changing the chuck.
Never operate selector valve and solenoid valve
during spindle rotation.
Do not exceed recommended speed of chuck
related with Max. permissible input force.
Never start the machine with door open.
检查、加油、更换、附着夹头时，应关闭电源
夹头旋转时禁止操作转换阔

Danger by catching operator in a machine.
Danger by discharge of clamped workpiece during spindle rotation.

After spindle should be stopped, please open the door and

8Power Chuck
급유는 확실히 행하여 주십시오. (주입구: 총 3곳)
볼트는 적정 토크로 체결하여 주십시오.
척을 임의로 수정 또는 개조하지 마십시오.
하드 죠와 소프트 죠의 피치 및 톱니는 사용 중 마스터 죠와 일치해야 한
다. 일치하지 않을 경우 파지력과 정밀도가 훼손돼 최악의 경우 마스터 죠
가 손상될 수 있습니다.
Do not forget to grease chuck. (3 Nipples)
The pitch and tooth of hard jaw or soft jaw should be matched with
master jaw while using. Otherwise the gripping force and the accuracy
will be affected, and the master jaw will be damaged in the worst case.
Secure clamp bolts with specified torque.
Do not attempt to modity chuck.
请准确地加油。 (3乳头)
请以适当的扭矩旋转螺检.
请不要随意修理夹头。
硬卡爪和软卡爪的 Pitch 和锯齿应与使用中的卡爪座一致。

gripping force caused by unsufficint lubrication.
If the pirch is different, the accuracy will be affected, and the
chuck will be damaged.

주류 또는 약물을 마시고 조작하는 것은 절대엄금하십시오.

Never attempt to operate a machine while under
the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Gloves and ties should not be worn when operating
a machine.
Make sure the T-nuts doesn’t stick out of the chuck body.
使用时, 夹头的四爪钉不应突出于主爪.

Danger by operation fault and lowering judgement.
Stick-out T-nuts invites danger of workpiece flying out due
to a fall of bindng strength between master jaw and top jaw.

When lifting chuck, use eyebolt or wire rope.
When gripping workpiece, make sure your hand is
out of gripping area.
Never hammer chuck, jaws or gripped workpiece.
