Installation
The luminaire must be installed and maintained by a suit-
ably qualified person in compliance with latest construc-
tion and electrical regulations and relevant legislation.
The given information from the lamp manufacturer about
the correct lamp, operation and maintenance are strictly
to be observed.
The minimum distance to the illuminated object has to be
observed (see sign inside of luminaire).
The luminaire shall be operated only with complete protec-
tion cover. Replace any broken protection cover.

Montage
Montage und Wartung darf nur von geschultem Fachper-
sonal mit entsprechender beruflicher Qualifikation in Über-
einstimmung mit den neuesten elektrischen Installations-
und Sicherheitsvorschriften durchgeführt werden.
Die Hinweise der Leuchtmittelhersteller der eingesetzten
Lampe für Betrieb und Wartung sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Der Mindestabstand zu beleuchteten Gegenständen (siehe
Bildzeichen in der Leuchte) ist unbedingt einzuhalten.
Die Leuchte darf nur mit vollständiger Schutzabdeckung
betrieben werden. Ersetzen Sie jede gebrochene Schutz-
abdeckung.

Vorgehensweise
1) Spannungsfreiheit der Anschlussleitung herstellen.
2) Durch Lösen der 4 Innensechskantschrauben Bdie
Abdeckung Ader Gerätebox entfernen.
3) Die auf der Leuchte angegebenen Werte für Spannung
und Frequenz müssen mit den örtlichen Gegebenheiten
übereinstimmen.
4) Führen Sie das Anschlusskabel durch die Kabelver-
schraubung Cwährend die Leuchte Dan das Montage-
zubehör befestigt wird.
5) Sichern Sie die Leuchte, indem Sie die 2 Muttern E
mit dem Werkzeug F(17 mm Ringspanner, wird nicht
von WE-EF beigestellt) gleichmäßig festziehen.
Achtung: Gehen Sie sicher, dass die beiliegenden
Muttern E, wie abgebildet befestigt werden, mit der
abgedichteten Oberfläche in Richtung des Mastes oder
des Auslegers. Die Muttern nicht austauschen!
6) Nulleiter (N), Phase (L1) und Schutzleiteranschluss
an die entsprechend markierten Kontakte des Steck-
verbinders Ganschließen. Kabelverschraubung Cfest
anziehen.
7) Abdeckung Awieder aufsetzen und die Schrauben B
gleichmäßig festziehen.
8) Öffnen Sie den Rahmen Hdurch Lösen der Verriegelung I.
9) Die entsprechende Lampe Jin die Fassung einsetzen.
10) Rahmen Hmit der Verriegelung Iwieder schließen und
in Position bringen.
Installation Procedure
1) Switch off the mains electrical supply.
2) Remove gear box cover Aby releasing screws B.
3) Check that rating shown on luminaire label conforms
with mains electrical supply.
4) Feed mains supply cable through cable gland C, while
attaching luminaire Dto mounting accessory.
5) Secure luminaire by evenly tightening the two sealnuts
Ewith tool F(17 mm ring spanner - not supplied by
WE-EF).
Important: Ensure sealnuts E, provided, are fitted as
shown, with gasketed surface towards pole o mounting
bracket. Do not substitute this fastener.
6) Connect mains supply leads to respective terminals
in terminal block K(N = Neutral, L = Phase, =
Earthing). Tighten cable gland Cfirmly.
7) Reposition cover Aand tighten screws Bevenly.
8) Detach lens frame assembly Hby releasing locking
device I.
9) Fit appropriate lamp J, as specified on the luminaire
label, by inserting it firmly into the lampholder.
10) Reposition lens frame assembly Hand secure inposi-
tion by closing locking device I.

Lamp Replacement and Maintenance
Do not open luminaire while in operation or while mains
supply is switched on!
1) Switch off the mains electrical supply.
2) Open lens frame. Clean all exterior surfaces, if neces-
sary by using a wet cloth with mild detergent.
3) Check gasket for damage and replace if necessary.
4) Replace lamp.
5) Close lens frame and secure in position.
Protect our enviroment: Discard used lamps in compliance
with the most recent environmental legislation.
Lampenwechsel und Wartung
Leuchtengehäuse nicht während des Betriebes öffnen!
1) Spannungsfreiheit der Anschlussleitung herstellen.
2) Rahmen öffnen und alle äußeren Oberflächen mit
geeignetem Reinigungsmittel säubern.
3) Die Dichtung auf Funktionsfähigkeit überprüfen und
ggfs. austauschen.
4) Lampe wechseln (Lampentyp, -leistung und Sockel
müssen mit den Angaben auf dem Leuchtenleistungs-
schild übereinstimmen).
5) Rahmen schließen und in Position bringen.
Für die Entsorgung der Lampe sind die zur Zeit gültigen
Umweltgesetze zu beachten.
