Connect only to water below 100 psi.
DO NOT place your hands in your mouth after handling the product. DO NOT
place the product in your mouth. DO NOT drink water from the hose. WASH
HANDS AFTER USE.
Please consider carefully the appropriate method to be used in mounting this hose
reel. Hardware is included for your convenience, but may not be suitable for all
mounting conditions. Some surfaces like vinyl siding or stucco may require special
considerations or additional hardware. Improper mounting can cause personal
injury or property damage. If you are unsure, contact a home improvement
professional.
Release pressure when not in use.
Water hose reel is not intended for use as a potable water source.
The coupling contains lead, a chemical known to the state of California to cause
cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. WASH HANDS after handling.
This hose is not for drinking water use.
Before assembling the product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with
package contents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged,
do not attempt to assemble the product.

PREPARATION
Drill & 1/2" (13 mm) Masonry Drill Bit, 3/8" (10 mm) Drill Bit, 7/32" (5.5 mm) Drill Bit,
3/16" (5 mm) Drill Bit
Pen or Pencil

Ensure there are no live electric
wires or plumbing in the wall where you mount
the hose reel. Always use eye-protection when
using power tools.

Install Mounting Rail to Masonry Wall
1. Position the mounting rail (D) on the wall at a
convenient height.
2. Use a level to ensure the mounting rail (D) is
horizontal.
3. Mark hole center locations on the wall.
4. Using a 1/2" (13 mm) masonry drill bit, drill
on the marks you made in step 3.
6. Hang the mounting rail (D) onto the exposed
anchors.
7. Replace the nuts and washers, tightening
them with a wrench or socket.
5. Using a hammer, lightly tap the masonry
anchors into the holes, being careful not to
damage them, until fully seated. Remove the
nuts and washers.

NOTE Keep the nut at the top of the threads
while you are tapping the masonry anchor in.

Install Mounting Rail to a Stud Wall
1. Locate the studs using a stud finder.
2. Position the mounting rail (D) on the wall at a
convenient height.
5. Using a 7/32" (5.5 mm) drill bit, drill pilot holes
centered on the marks you made in step 4.
6. Hang the mounting rail (D) with the lag screws,
using a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the lag
screws.

Ensure there are no live electric

Install Mounting Rail to a Drywall Wall
Install Mounting Clips
1. Locate the studs using a stud finder.
1. Hang the hose reel (A) on the mounting
rail (D).
2. Attach 2 mounting clips (E) to the bottom
rail (F), one at the far left and one at the far
right.
3. Mark hole center locations on the wall.
4. Remove hose reel (A).
2. Position the mounting rail (D) on the wall at a
convenient height.
5. Using a 7/32" (5.5 mm) drill bit, drill pilot holes
centered on the marks you made in step 4.
6. Hang the mounting rail (D) with the lag screws,
using a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the lag
screws.

Crank Assembly
1. Remove screw FF from the shaft and slide the
crank handle (C) onto the shaft. Insert screw
EE and tight down with Phillips screwdriver.
Attach the Leader Hose
1. Inspect threaded female connector on hose
reel (A), confirm that rubber O-ring is properly
seated.
2. Connect threaded male connector end of
leader hose (B) to threaded female fitting on
hose reel spool.
3. Tighten by hand until snug (clockwise).
4. With adjustable pliers or wrench tighten fully.
5a. If you are drilling into the studs, use a 3/16"
drill bit to drill pilot holes on the marks you
made.
5b. If you are drilling into drywall or masonry, use
a 3/8" drill bit to drill the holes on the marks
you made. Tap the plastic anchors (EE) into
the holes.
5c. Use screws DD and a Phillips screwdriver to
attach the mounting clips securely to the
surface.
6. Open the mounting clips and hang the hose
reel (A), locking the mounting clips (E) in place
after the hose reel has been hung.

To remove hose reel from wall cradle:
1. Turn off water at house water spicket.
2. Unscrew leader hose (B) from water spicket (leader hose (B) connects the hose
reel (A) to the house spicket).
3. Unscrew garden hose from hose reel (A).
4. Unlatch two lower clips.
5. Lift hose reel (A) upward and out to remove from cradle system.
6. For re-installation, follow instructions in reverse.
NOTE Freezing temperatures can damage your hose and watering accessories.
Always disconnect the connector hose and drain the water from the hose prior to
freezing conditions.
NOTE Prior to removing the hose reel for winter or moving the hose reel to a new
location, always disconnect the connector hose and drain the water from the hoses
before storing or moving.

WARRANTY
This water hose reel is warranted by the manufacturer to the original purchaser from
the original purchase date for five (5) years subject to the warranty coverage
described herein.
This water hose reel is warranted to the original user to be free from defects in
material and workmanship. If you believe that a water hose reel is defective, return
the water hose reel, with proper proof of purchase to the point of purchase. If it is
determined that the water hose reel is defective and covered by this warranty, the
distributor will replace the water hose reel or refund the purchase price.
This warranty is void if: defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from
repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others or the
unauthorized use of nonconforming parts; the damage is due to normal wear,
damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the water hose reel beyond
capacity), improper maintenance, neglect or accident; or the damage is due to the
use of the water hose reel after partial failure or use with improper accessories or
unauthorized repair or alteration.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that
vary from state to state.
